Dear Sir,


I am Ram kumar an account holder of PNB A/c 1715000400145604. I made a transaction on dated 08-05-11 approx. time 03:30 pm. I withdrawal 5000/- Rs. From the SBI Bank ATM sitatuated at approch Road Uklana Near Buhdakhera Gate. I did not received 5000/-Rs due to jump the ATM and the balance was deduct by Rs. 5000/- after 15 minutes I again try for the withdrawal Rs. 5000/- but in second time again deduct 5000/- in by balance . When I check my A/c 171500400145604, I surprised that twice 5000/- was debit in my A/c which was not received by me . Due to Sunday I am not complaint the bank . but on dated 12.05.11, I complain toll free no. complaint non is 55189607. But I did not receive proper response the details regarding the matter is:
