This is to inform you that on 4th of may 2011 at around 9:02pm I had used one of your ATM machine (ATM ID- S1CW3199 ) to withdraw some amount but unfortunately after pressing my ATM PIN it got hanged I had waited there for some time and then tried to cancelled the transaction still it was showing the same screen (ENTER THE PIN) so after waiting for few time I had moved from there immediately I had received a message from bank informing about the withdrawal of RS 10000 ( which I never received) I had complained about the incident to the bank call centre (my complaint no. SR175816635) But on Saturday I got the feedback from them that they are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid.Then I had visited to branch manager Mr. Sushil Sharma sector 15 gurgaon and reported him about the incident he suggested me to lodge the complaint in customer care which I did ( SR177338818) but now they are taking my case on different direction and asking me to lodge a FIR which I tried to lodge but local police station in sector 15 wants a name against which they can file a FIR which I had conveyed to BM, apart from this Mr. Ram Rastogi from RCU contacted me and arranged me the video clips of the incident where it is totally verified that cash had been taken by someone else (person in red shirt) so Mr. Ram forwarded the entire report to his seniors, Now I am clueless about the status of my complaint and its direction.
Also bank is not undertaking its fault and taking the case on wrong direction as I am least interested in investigating a "might be culprit" as the major fault was from bank.

I have a account with Union Bank no. 413702010010200 in the name of Harsh Bardhan Shukla.
Sir, I complained with bank authorities for my Rs. 10,000.00 Which was debited from my account but i didn’t windrow the same.
Actually on 11th of March 2011 I was trying to windrow some amount 1st I tried to windrow from PNB ATM (Badarpur Branch) machine but because of insufficient money in machine I was not able to windrow.
Then I tried in Axis bank ATM (Badarpur Branch) machine but after inserting the card and entering the PIN no. the machine hanged and nothing happened and I left after watching nothing happening.
Then after half an hour I tried with SBI bank ATM and windrow an amount of Rs. 2800.00 and seen in the slip balance amount which was extra debited by Rs. 10,000.00, from the same day I complained with UBI customer care no. 1800222244 with complain no. 902036 but till today didn’t get the refund and few days before I received a message from UBI that the axis bank rejected my claim. I am trying to contact branch people but they are not replying properly.
Please help me to get my money back on urgent basis as it’s more than 2 months gone and no one replying me properly.

On 24/12/2012, I tried to take cash of Rs.4000 from State Bank of Travancore ATM at ADIMALI, KERALA (ATM ID. S10A700668001)using my ICICI bank ATM card at 15.34Hrs (TXN No.4948)during travel to Munnar. But, Rs.2000 (4x500) only dispensed and print-out statement showed Rs.4000 withdrawal. On checking bank details, Rs.4000 debited from my account. On reaching back Neyveli, I lodged a complaint to ICICI Neyveli branch on 01.01.2013 to credit Rs.2000 back to my account.But I got a message from them on 09.01.2013 stating "Disputed Rs.2000 is successful as per re-presentment of acquiring bank". This is highly regrettable and can be considered as cheating. Please check SBT ATM accounts correctly and give my money, Rs.2000, back immediately.

I have Bank of India Debit card (Card No.: 5264959995558241).This Debit card belongs to my father Dhruva Kumar
On 2nd April 2013 at 2.45 pm I tried to withdraw rupees 7000/ through Bank of India Debit card (Card No.: 5264959995558241) from ICICI Bank ATM (ATM ID: S1VD6937, Block G, Sector Gamma 2, Greater Noida, U.P. 201310). Money did not come out from ICICI Bank ATM but it deducted from the bank account.I did not get any receipt for this transaction.
Then second time I tried to withdrw rupees 6000/ from same debit card in same ICICI Bank atm at 2.55 pm but this time also Money did not come out from ICICI Bank ATM but it deducted from my account. So total 13000 rupees is deducted from my account. I did not get any receipt for this transaction.
I want to get back my total 13000 ruppes in my Bank of india account.
