Submit Complaint..SIR,
This is to inform you that i have lost my ATM Card on 27.10.10 at around 10:00 PM. my account no. is 00821568. It is in the Branch Located at Khan Market, Delhi. Kindly block my accout till i get a new ATM Card reissued.

Son of Sri Ramachandra Panigrahi beg to state that , I lost my HDFC dabit card on 24th octber 2010 Some whrere near Velachery after darwing 300 from Karur Vasya Bank . Some body found the card and misused it in 3 different show rooms near by the same area vellachery .

I hotlisted the card & asked the procedure to get my money back from hdfc , they insited to get a FIR from near by police station .
I went velacherry Police station & talked with the Sub inspector and asked for the FIR , He refused & asked me to wirte an Aplication for the above said , I wrote the application and got it recived and stamped as well . with the same I went to the bank , Bankers refused to acept the same .
Again on 25th I went to Valachery police station at 12 o’clock , mate the same sub inspekter . He resued to give FIR and asked me to come on 3 o’clock . Again I went and mate him , he gave a CSR , Page number : 4664418 , Ref no : 263/csr/j7x/10
With the same CSR letter I went to HDFC Bank again , they refused to take the CSR . Now they wants a FIR , acording to them they says if I submit the FIR with in 6 Working days I will get my money back . Please help me getting the FIR from Velachery Police station . I am a vey less earning person having three more dependant on my solder . I cried infront of every one in the police station no one is helping , Please help me , My whole family will bless You ….

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that my Union Bank of India International Debit Card No: 4213 6839 6601 4845 has been lost and has been misused by someone of Rs. 21840 and the transactions has been taken place from date 03-04-2011 to 09-04-2011. The major transaction has been taken place on 09-04-2011. Sir, I was out of station in Mumbai on that day on 09-04-2011 attending my Company meeting.
Sir, my wife has gone to bank yesterday on 18-04-2011 and after doing the entry in my passbook of my Saving it has been found that these transactions has been done through my account. Sir, immediately I got to know this yesterday evening on 18-04-2011 at 10:30 P.M. I have blocked my Debit Card by calling CPP my Card Protection Plan. I have also informed the lost of my Debit Card to the Union Bank of India Customer Care Center at Mumbai.
Sir, I request you to please do the inquiry for these fraud transactions which has taken place with my card and I also want to claim this money which has been debited from my account from 03-04-2011 to 09-04-2011.
Sir, please do the needful. I will be highly obliged for this act of kindness.

complaint against lost/misuse of atm card my atm card no 6220180206800091335 has been lost and misused by some one of Rs. 12000 on 04 april 2011 and Rs. 7000 on 31 may 2011. so please do the enquiry for these frauid transaction and do please guide me how i can recover the said amount.

I want to block my ubi atm card Dear sir/madam,
my name is -shivanarayan awasthi and my wife name is-laxmi awasthi we have joint account and my ATM has been loosed and we have got a message on 23 march 2012:
"WE WILL BE PLEASED TO SERVE YOU AT OUR 26000+ATMs.YOUR CARD 6220XXXXXXXXXXX9271 WAS USED AT UBI ATM DKAN0180 TXN NO.3788 TO DRAW RS 10000"
this means some other person has drawn out 10,000 rs so kindly help us and block the ATM card so the person could not take out more money.
