    Unhappy Icicibank atm discrepency

    Hi,

    I tried to withdraw money by icicibank atm card in citibank atm which is located at great india place maul noida. I tried to enter ATM Pin in atm machine but atm screen is not showing any entered pin and after 2 seconds machines shows that pin is invalid. I tried it two times but same error appears.
    So, I left the Citibank Atm . And when I check my account balance via internet. My account statement is showing successful withdrawal of Rs. 10000 from same representative bank atm machine (CITIBANK).

    I lodge this atm discrepency complain in Icicibank customer care on the same date(27th feb 2011).
    After 15 days I got Icicibank customer care mail stating that this transaction is succesful from representative bank atm. But Its not possible because after entering pin citibank atm shows invalid pin and I left the ATM.

    So I request to take action against my issue.

    Its over one month and I didnt get any positive response from ICICIBANK and they are not ready to provide me any proff for the above transaction.
    Below is the complain mail


    Dear Ms. Rai,

    Greetings from ICICI Bank.


    Your request for the ATM discrepancy transaction dated February 27, 2011 of amount Rs. 10,000.00 has been registered through Service Reference number SR168874035 and the same is under process.

    We will revert you the status of request by March 15, 2011.

    We request you to bear with us in the interim.

    Hi,

    Today (27/02/2011) I tried to withdraw cash from my citibank ATM machine located at GIP mall noida. But Machine was not accepting my pin and was showing incorrect pincode. So I left it without cancelling the transaction. Now my account is showing debited Rs 10000 from the same ATM. Does it mean that someone withdrew cash from my account?

    Kindly check and do the needful as soon as possible.

However we have approached the acquiring bank for rechecking the transaction.
