    Default Issue of new ATM Card

    Hi,

    My current HDFC ATM Debit card had expired while i was out of the country on a business assignment. I am back in India now and want to get a new ATM card. Please let me know if any documents are needed for the issue of the new ATM card. Can i send the scanned copy of the documents or do i need to submit the necessary documents in person?

    You can request a new debit card to be issued to you by calling us on our phonebanking numbers and registering your request, or alternatively, visiting our nearest branch and filling in an application form for a new card.

    With due respect and humbal sumssion I law down the following few lines for your kind consideration please.

    I am to state that my ATM Card got lost and I report the matter to ATM help line for blocking If the same. The blocking ticket No given to me is 2011102710390598.

    Now my ATM Card found my office complex so I request you to open my ATM aganist blocking ticket No 2011102710390598.

    I shell gratfull for this act of kindness.
