Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account no.(00000060012623016) in Bank Of Maharashtra, Jaipur, Rajasthan Pin Code 302012.

I have used SBI Bank's ATM on 28-april-2009 for withdrawal amount Rs.6500/-. On the same time i debited 1000/- from another atm.

A slip came out written "unable to proceed". I have not received any money from that Bank's ATM. But my account showing Rs.6500/- debited for the transaction. In mini statement 6500.00-DOM WDL VC written.

I haven't complained to my Bank Branch.
so please tell me what to do in this case. I go to SBI office or Bank Of Maharashtra office..........

Hi ,

I have tried withdraw amount Rs.5000 from the AXIS Bank ATM with SBI Debit Card on 11th March 2010. I got
1000 rupees only.
But Rs.5000 got debited from my account. I have raised the complaint with SBI customer care( Compliaint No- ATM4292113929)
They closed the complaint says that home branch will take care. Almost 2 months over, I didnt get my money back.
I raised the complaint in Axis Bank also. They are blamming SBI .

I am Bishwa Ranjan Mishra bearing the accnt.no.(11083293066) in SBI Angul, Orissa on 25/01/2006.I got an ATM card also in its due date.No complaint to it.But due to some unavoidable reason I could not take the password in its given time period.then I gave an application regarding this and requested formally as well as personally to the concerned staff. But no one paid attention to it.So I sincerely need a helping hand to get my ATM card Password back.

I am Navneet from Delhi. I have an SBI debit card No.030811444895. Inspite of my repated requests to the authorities I am not getting the balance confirmation message of my above account to my mobile No. 9871393943. Please arrange the mobile banking facilit to my account.

Hello sir,
I have made an ATM transaction of 15,000 on 8/4/2010. I have not got cash from the ATM machine even then my account got debited.I have lodged the complain to the customer care on 21/4/2010 (Complain Ticket Number
AT4070182437).I have been told that this issue will we get resolved within 12 working days. But even after 12 working days the issue is not resolved.Please see in this matter,.

sir, by mistake I had entered the wrong PIN No of my Debit Card No 6220180576000082049 of account No.30210909183 ( Account Dr C Rabindran) could this card be unlocked for further use?

And my account no. is :- 30673616384.
I opened it in March'09 but till now i have not receive my ATM Card. Whenever i asked them for my ATM they say - "we don't know you submit application form once more". I have submitted application 4-5 times but all in vain. Whenever i go to the bank i have to take leave from my office. If i required 500 rupees, in that case also i take leave.
So i am facing lot of problem due to ATM.

I went to sbi bank ATM to draw the money Rs.6000/- on 09.05.10(Sunday).I entered my pin no and ammount(6000) But i did not get the money ,these amount was debited from my account,I already gave a complaint to SBI Main branch at balanagar.But they did not take any action and these amount not credited to my account.

I need money very urgent.

Please look in to the matter and please do the needful action as early as possible.

I had lost my atm card 2 months back.. I complained to the Branch.. But still no request had taken.. And they have not issued the atm card..

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account 30210828147) with SBI TURA -0198 WEST GARO HILLS -223808 MEGHALAYA SINCE 17/08/2007 and further transfered to SBI RAMNAGAR -2457 DIST. UDHAMPUR , J&K
I have used SBI ATM -CUM-DEBIT CARD NO . 6220180019800008146 on dated 10/10/2008 at about 16:10 Hrs to wdl ATM Rs 10,000/=
I have not received any money from the Bank ATM.
But my account showing Rs.10,000/=debited for the transaction.

I have complained to my SBI Branch Manager Ramnagar -2457 Dt. Udhampur <J&k with proper documents i.e. transaction slips in written by subitting an application giving full details etc.
But the branch manager has not initiate about the matter in my favour after a lapse of one year seven months
however i also lodged complaints with CONTRACT CENTRE through e.mail
SBI and CONTRACT CENTRE not responding about this matter.

I need the money immediately as my mather-in-law’s health is very serious.

Already ONE YEAR AND SEVEN MONTHS passed,
please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately or kindly intimate the outcome as i am running pillar to post for the settlement of long pending case.

I want to state that i ma a SB A/C(A/c 20028661314) holder of your bank, branch mayur vihar ph-3, delhi-110096, i have complaint many time about withdraw of money from ma ATM card (ATM card no 6220181156000025113), at 08/03/2010 of Rs 10000/- .

dear sir,
i had lost my ATM cum debit card on 01/5/2010, which i got blocked immediatly.. i traced the card back and there by gave a written application to unblock d same .. i m visting the bank regularly in this regard but there is no progress in this matter.. the concerned person is not responding well.. i brought the issue to notice of the bank manager also ; but in vain; he did not took any initiative to direct the matter in my favour..
In response to a phone call from the bank i took a leave and visited the bank for the 4th time, but the DEPUTY MANAGER claims that no such call was made and also said that he is IGNORANT about the procedure to unblock an already blocked card...
I was told that this matter will b resolved within 24hrs but its been more than 3 weeks now. concerned person"s behaviour is very irresponsible every time..
Please take the necessary action against the concerned or inevitably i have to seek help from the CONSUMERS FORUM.
