My self anuneet kaur SBI account no 30708879867 and ATM card no 6220180324600277200. I used my debit card to draw my salary today at 05.39 PM at SBP ATM of kalka Branch vide TXN no 2543, response code 094. I process the ATM to draw Rs 20,000/- but the ATM Machine jumped and didn't deliver the amount of 20,000/- to me instead issued the slip with remarks "Sorry unable to process". However, I again processed the ATM Machine to look into the balance amount on the screen and it showed only Rs 8,000/- plus.I dont know how the machine jumped and skipped the amount of Rs 20,000/-. the security guard present there is also witness to this episode. you are therefore requested to kindly look into and verify the same and remit me the above said amount immediately and inform me at Email Id manjitsngh282@gmail.com.

today from ATM S10E000048019 I went to draw Rs6000/ at about 9.30pm.
after showing " your transaction .... processed " for some time the screen showed " timed out ".

to check that my account is OK, I was greatly surprised to find that the amt(Rs6000/) has been deducted! no mini statement could be taken out. I got one from another ATM. I got a SMS also Thanking me for using Debit card (No 6220180155200030445) withdrawing Rs6000/ ! I phoned in toll-free no. but it was of no use (did not connect).

now I don't know what to do. please HELP me to get my amount back.
