I have spoken to cc mrs reena and reshma basically just as to how ican get my pin no by post as i am unable to visit my branch . It appeared just not to understand my difficulty but to keep repeating same logic. Superviser just not trying to listen my complaint for cc rep but asking for which info. Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account (11212570117) with State Bank of India, jamui Branch, Bihar.

I have used State Bank of India ATM on 10/07/2012 at 01:08 pm in afternoon for withdrawal amount Rs.2000/-.

But I have not received any money from the ATM it displayed transaction timeout, But my account showing Rs.2000/- debited for

the transaction.

I have complained to SBI customer care, complaint no. is AT975448465. he says that this complaint has been attended and money

credited in your account but till now I have not received any amount. I am living in new delhi so could not visit branch.
What should I do now.

Please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

Iam residing in jammu and my nearest sbi branch is sbi janipora. Iam its costumer since last 10 years and had been holding a ATM card (yellow colour) since last so many years. About a month before a approched the said bank with a written request that i had to go to singapore and my atm card should work there.Accordingly i was issued a new ATM card visa classic bearing number 4591500040236818 under the name VIJAY KUMAR KULLU.I was advised by the bank that this card will work any where out side india, but to my dismay when i reached singapore this card is not working. On all the ATM machines it says NOT SUPPORTED. i am held up here.Will you please active my card so that i feel no difficulty while staying in singapore.

i amit kumar lost my sbi atm card and i have bolck my atm card but now i found my atm card n i have given request on 25 june to unblock my atm card.manager has told me that it will be unblock in 2 days but now 1 month is over n my atm card is till block.they are not taking any serious action on it.my account is in SBi bank brank fort market.branck code 5347.customer care is telling to meet bank manager and bank manager is telling to call customer care.no one is doing their job correctly.
I hope you will take serious action on both of them.

respected sir there is unresponsible staff problem in your sbi main office T.P. nagar korba (c.g.).i have opened account in this branch bt my atm problem is not solved yet now.....so please solve my atm problem they said that block the ATM card bt i hadn't recieved the ATM card yet now so how can i block the ATM issued to me from the bank.plz solve my ATM problem...........................

I would like to state i tried to withdraw Rs.2500 from an SBI ATM on 22 July 2012 at 11:18 a.m ...but the transaction was incomplete and my balance from the account was deducted...I tried to dial toll free number i.e 1800112211 bt the machine said the call cannot be completed...
please do refund my balance as soon as possible as i am in a urgent need of cash..

I have a savings account (32389416918) with State Bank of JAGRAON, GT ROAD Branch, LUDHAINA, PUNJAB .

I have used SBI Bank, KAMAL CHUNK MAIN BRANCH, ATM on 11/07/2012 at 11:15AM in MORNING for withdrawal amount Rs.4000/-.

But I have not received any money from the SBI Bank ATM, But my account showing Rs.5000/- debited for the transaction.

I have complained to my SBI Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc on 11/07/2012, but till now I have not received any amount.
What should I do now because already one month has been passed.

Please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.
