I have applied for sbi credit card when I was in bangalore.Before that got approved i had to move to pune.I tried contacting sbi customer care number 18601801290 but even after waiting for more than half an hour I was not able to get anybody on line.So the card came to bangalore address and went back.After a month or so I got call from sbi saying i had to pay the statement amount (it had a royal sundaram insurance linked).I gave them my new adress and told them to send me the card and statement.Surprisingly they sent only statement to my address but not the card.

I sent email to feedback.gesbi@ge.com and to their customer services vice president ddhoby@ge.com.Initially they told i have to pay.I never understood though why i should be on a card which i never received.After 3 months of to and fro email finally they agreed i dont have to pay as i do not have card.After that again they sent me a letter saying payment overdue and it will be reported to cibil.

Case id of email 'CaseID=005-470-946' and call Ref:0103430027356.

Card number i got from statement 5241826394107078.

Please help me on this issue.

My father Mr. Kailash Chandra Das, having Salepur SBI ADB(Code-3942) A/C-11359485860 and ATM card no-6220180394200005533(since Feb, 2004). He found one wrong ATM transaction on 19th Dec 2011 of amount Rs 20,000/-.


He had raised a written concern to BM, Salepur ADB, Orissa and found details as follows:

1. ATM withdrawal voucher number-34 in Salepur MKT SBI ATM of transaction Rs 2000 on 19th Dec 2011(Which I did).
2. ATM withdrawal voucher number-35 is missing out by bank capturing system.
3. ATM withdrawal voucher number-36 is showingRs 20,000/- transaction done, which is not done by me on 19th Dec 2011.

We got response from branch that they are unable to trace that Rs 20,000. So today I raised as complain by secweb.rbi URL and got complain number-201112003001043.

So waiting for their response, in mean while I also intimating same to their(SBI, Bhubaneswar, Orissa) nodal officers. Please suggest if some one can have some more helping hands to get my father's Rs 20000.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 31st of December'2011 I had went to the SBI ATM to withdraw Rs.400 but due to some network issues the transaction wasn't accepted since I was in need of the cash I tried out other banks(HDFC,Axis & Allahabad Bank) ATM's for withdrawl but couldn't, due to some "host not online" and some other error. Now on Saturday i.e. on 7th of January while updating my Pass Book I was shocked to notice that Rs.1940 was deducted from my account. In the first two instances the amount was reversed as is evident from my passbook (scan copy attached) but in the later transactions the amount wasn't reversed (marked in Red in the attached scan copy). I was eventually able to withdraw Rs.500 (I selected this denomination as I feared that the ATM's had run out of Rs.100 notes) from a HDFC bank ATM (marked in Green in the attached scan copy of my pass book). I went to my SBI bank branch in Tollygunge where I was informed by the bank officers that 99% of wrong balance deductions happen though this way and asked me to send an e-mail and call the numbers given at the back of the Debit Card as they claimed that since the issues were related to other ATM's it was out of their hands. To add to my surprise both the e-mail id(contactcentre@sbi.co.in) and the number 080-26599990 are defunct. Please advise me what to do in this regard.

I have used SBI Bank ATM today (02.02.12) for withdrawal amount Rs.500/-.A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the AXISBank ATM. But my account showing Rs.500/- debited for the transaction.this trasiction i was done in two time and both the time they have debited the amount from my account and it accumulated to 1000/-I have complained to my SBI Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc.but till now i haven't received the money i have already in confusion.plaser help me.

A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the

But the branch manager has not initiate about the matter in my favour.

On 01 March 2012 i tried to withdrawl Rs 10000/-from Axis Bank atm kuloor and Bankof baroda Atm surathkal, mangalore. respectively, with SBI atm card but it show "Unable to Process" in the slip & transaction failed then i checked my account & found total 20000/-Rs had been debited from my account. i did'nt receive my refunded money.
