Hi,
I have applied for sbi credit card when I was in bangalore.Before that got approved i had to move to pune.I tried contacting sbi customer care number 18601801290 but even after waiting for more than half an hour I was not able to get anybody on line.So the card came to bangalore address and went back.After a month or so I got call from sbi saying i had to pay the statement amount (it had a royal sundaram insurance linked).I gave them my new adress and told them to send me the card and statement.Surprisingly they sent only statement to my address but not the card.
I sent email to feedback.gesbi@ge.com and to their customer services vice president ddhoby@ge.com.Initially they told i have to pay.I never understood though why i should be on a card which i never received.After 3 months of to and fro email finally they agreed i dont have to pay as i do not have card.After that again they sent me a letter saying payment overdue and it will be reported to cibil.
Case id of email 'CaseID=005-470-946' and call Ref:0103430027356.
Card number i got from statement 5241826394107078.
Please help me on this issue.
