Pl unblock my ATM CARD nO. 6220180433500039576

sir i had opened account 30912600001 on October 6th 2009 till i didnt have got atm card iam requesting you to send me atm card

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have attempt a 10,000 withdrawal transection on dated 02 November 2009 timing 9:38 AM from ATM ID :S1AC00615801(K.M.V Pundri) under txn no.:-349 which could not be processed, but when I checked my account I found that 10,000 rupee has been deducted from my account, Kindly credit my 10,000 in my account. I have checked with SBI Grugaon Branch for the same as per SBI employee money will be credited in your account after few days but its already near about Four months passed.

I have complained three times two time by registered post on 09/12/2009 Speed post no. Fh123069786IN and on 24/01/2010 Speed post no. FH128205276IN
and one time by email (Complain NO. on dated 29th Dec. 2009 is :CC1262064184487). But till the time I have not got my money back in my account.

Now I am requesting to you, assist me shall I go to Consumer court or My money will be back in my account.

Sir, On Dated 09 oct 2008 I had purchased ornaments from Ms. Sathe Jwellers Dharampeth Nagpur on short payment of Rs. 2200 /- paid by sbi ATM cum Debit Card No.6220180030600168535 of my sbi saving account No. 11125148990 Main Branch Akola Maharashtra. But when I found in My account statement after fifteen days that on single purchase that amount had been debited twicelly. I had given a written complaint to sbi Akola branch with the xerox copy of the transaction but no positive action taken by them. After one year of continous follow-up they demanded the account statement of Ms. Sathe Jewellers. After submitting the required document and continous follow up their reply was that your complaint is in process. On dated 10th Nov. 2009 SBI Akola wrote letter to Ms Sathe Jewllers for their Oct month statement of HDFC bank. On 18th dec 2009, I submitted the HDFC statement of Oct 2008 to SBI and they sent a request gainst my complaint by Req. no. 3653079. But till date no proper action has been taken on this matter. Continous folloe up till date has not given us any positive result.

I have spent tremondous time on this matter as well as my patience has come to an end. I want a quick reply from your side & positive action.

I had withdrown an anount f Rs. 1000/- 0n 9.2.2010 (TN09117).
Again I visited ATM on 12.2.2010 for withdrawal then it was noted that Rs.3500/- has been withdrown from my A/c. on 11.2.2010.
I visited my Bank and complained about the same. Bank did not recieved my complain. How ever, informed that maney has been withdrown froom the same ATM located in side the Campus lof Institure.

Most of the student and staff of Institute are known to each other. There fore, person can be recognised if the name of person who has withdrown money before and after withdrowal from my A/C ( Rs.3500/- ) are identified.

After 10 days I had got it my ATM Card, however after which i followed all the instructed procedure ofUn-Blocked an ATM for my convenience. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank. which have still been not solved and at present with lots of inconvenience I am continuing with my account in your bank. I’m very annoyed and helpless in such a situation. even I applied second time for Un-Blocked an ATM but in vain. Please consider my situation and take necessary steps.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account with Kamptee Branch, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

I have used Karve Nagar SBI Bank ATM, Pune. on Sunday 14 Feb 2009 for withdrawal amount Rs.1000/-.

A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the SBI ATM. But my account showing Rs.1000/- debited for the transaction.

I have also complained to SBI customer care and my complaints No is (AT40073006), But after 4 days i got the SMS and email regarding the complaints is that "Your complaint is closed and to get details please contact the branch.". My branch is in Nagpur district and i am working in Pune district...What can i do??????

SBI not responding about this matter.

Hello Consumer Court Members,

If you have any complaint with SBI bank then first registered your complaint with the SBI Bank customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with the customer care then send a written notice to the below mentioned address via registered post (Keep on copy with you), mention all the details in it and attach all the photocopy of relevant document (If any) and ask them for the solution within the mentioned time in the Notice. Wait for their response and revert us back.
