Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account (5021609449) with citibank.
using this debit card on 27/11/2009 I withdrawn Rs1000.00 in SBI ATM CHINMAYA NAGAR CHENNAI , I swiped the card only once took Rs1000.00 and left ATM with my card, I did not handover my to any one else, but my account was debited by another transaction of Rs 8000.00.

I registered a complaint to citibank regarding this. last month they credited the amount(Rs 8000.00) temporarily and after their investigation with SBI they say SBI confirmed
the amount is taken using my ATM card and they debited again Rs 8000.00 on 16/12/2009 from my account.

As this amount is not small it need to be credited immediately.

Please investigate and get back my money.

my name is chandan joshi ,i have a saving a/c no.30290148655 in state bank of india(simlapuri,ludhiana). the a/c is 1 yr. old but am not getting my atm card till now,we already sumbitted atm form to bank (2 time),but from the bank there is no rply about my atm.

I am an emplyee of star health insurance and iam having a salary account in HDFC bank erode.on 31/12/09 sum of 5399/- has been credited to my account and on 01/01/10 i went to SBI ATM and requested for 5400/- rupees as i have balance 5498.25 in the a/c.after sometimes the reply from the machine was "your transaction has been timed out". so i came out of the atm centre and within 10 minutes a message came from the bank saying that they have debted sum of 5400 to me.now what should i do?

I had open new saving account on Nov. 2009 in RMS Choumuhani extention branch (Ramnagar-2) near to my resident, I also filled the ATM form, but still I have not received my ATM card. I contacted for the same in my home branch but still no proper information was received. I Neelam dwivedi kaushal puri laxman pur sultanpur A/C No.30630069337 got atm card but not gat the pin No. till date while I send the complain in this regard . The bank asking me the fee for new card .please see the matter.

I have a saving account in state bank of Saurashtra, Bapungar branch with the name of Mahendra Bhaskarbhai Devre. I have a savings bank account (minimum balance 500 at the time of account opening) and on 01/12/2008 my balance was 590/-.
My account was opened as a salary account. I had switched to other company. So I need to open a salary account in SBI. There is no salary credited in state bank of Saurashtra account.
On January 18,2010 when I checked my account position, its showing a debit of Rs. 590/- from my account without my knowledge. I did not withdraw cash through slip. When I met the bank person, he told me that amount debited for new cheque book charges from your account.
For your knowledge I have note applied for cheque book. And I will not received cheque book till now.

Kindly do the needful for crediting of Rs. 590/- back into my account at the earliest...

Please do some thing in this matter.

I am Md. Shahabuddin resident ofMosabani,Mahulbera,Dist - East Singhbhum Jharkhand (INDIA). I hav saving account my ac no-11463044280.
on SBI branch near to my resident Mosaboni, I also filled the ATM form, but still I have not received my ATM card. I contacted for the same for the bank staff they told me that it is delivered on 20 dec 2009, but still not received it.

please re issue my atm card
