need to bring to your kind notice that i have saving account with BANK OF MAHARASHTRA BANGALORE. I had use STATE BANK OF INDIA ATM in jammu no 16/10/09 twice to withdraw amount 3000 and 1000. A bad experience i had gathere, i have not received any money but my account debited with 4000 rs .

I have complained to SBI BRANCH MANAGER with proper documents i.e transaction slip . But the branch manager has not initate about the matter in my favour . SBI not responding about this matter and this is happening second time with me . Already 7 days passed , please credit ties same amount to my account immediately.

I had lost my ATM card since last October 2008 and instantly locked and canceled my ATM facility through the telephonic procedure. however after which i followed all the instructed procedure of re-issuing an ATM for my convenience. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank. which have still been not solved and at present with lots of inconvenience I am continuing with my account in your bank. Today i have try to booking my Air ticket from Kolkatta - Chennai on dt of 25.11.09 in Spice jet through my SBI Debit Card. But due to some error occured in nerwork I didn't get my ticket at the same time the amount of Rs-5229 has been debitted my acccount. So kindly consider my complaint & Take the necessary action to refund my debitted amount.

I am a doctor i have two ATM cards one of my ATM card PIN is not known and i forgot it.Ihave been using one ATM card since since some days.i had been to the branch on 26/11/09 at 1.30 pm to meet the branch manager for my operation of 2nd card .But the
branch manager Mr Sahu misbehaved me and showed nudity.Being a branch head he did not accept my problem rather he he
misbehaved me and forced out from his chamber.If such type of behave is shown to a doctor the what will be to the common lay consumer?His duty was to satisfy me but he played such type to me.So yoy are requested to take proper action and keep my prestige and honour. Other wise i will take resort of court having defamation suit against the BM Soro,Balasore.

i am sandeep tukaram angane having saving a/c with sbi, opera house branch a/c no. is 30 61 37 59 720.


i am always using my sbi atm card to withdraw the cash but after rbi rules comes i withdraw cash from other banks atm is lesser than 5 times but sbi charge Rs. 20 /- for that particular transaction in month of OCt 2009.

and Noev 2009 also one same transaction i did and same charge apply for my account.

What will i do for that ? i am send 3 emails to branch email id but no reply got from that.

Then i also send message through direct complaint form to sbi server based but till no reply get from them.........

I,JAMES RAPHAEL, maintain sb a/c with SBI JAMTARA BRANCH bearin a/c no11048566627since long and using ATM for the last two -three years card no.6220180021300003981.On15/11/2009 I approached to ASANSOL RLY STATION SBI ATM and swiped my card and inserted pin no.after sometime the screne turned to 'welcome to sbi ' screne.Again I sewiped my card and inserted my pin no. once again the the machine backed to the welcome screne positon.Third time I swiped the card the whole screne turned blue and did not give any response nor gave any slip.I was very much in need of money then I went to S.B.GORAI ROAD,ASANSOL ,SBI ATM there iI sucessfully withdrew Rs.1500/-(Rs.one thousand five hundred only).But on taking mini statement I was surprised to see that there were to debits as Rs.1500 and RS.15000/-.I inserted the amount of Rs.15000/-any of the atms on that day.I lodged my compalint for such unusual debit of huge amount of Rs.15000/ (Rs.fifteen thousand) on16/11/2009.I several times met the JAMTARA branch official.But nearly about 30 days my account has not been credited with Rs.15000/ till 05/12/2009into my account.Hence I request you to look into the matter to return me my hard earned money.Once I repeat my a/c no as 11048566627 and card no.6220180021300003981.My email add. is vict.raphael@gmail.com AND ph.09934358099.

Dear sir/madam

I have withdrawed first Rs10,000 from my a/c from the HDFC banks ATM,then again i have requested again to get the Rs10,000 .By the time the money comes out i was busy in counting the earlier amount and has not picked the 10,000 which had came second time,and they again goes inside the atm machine.Then third time i had again withdrwaed 10,000. IN the slip 30,000 has been debited whereas i have only got the 20,000.So please tell me that now what i have to do .This incident is of 10/12/09 at 7.00 p.m. in navrangpura area,ahemdabad,(Gujrat).
