with humble submission, i have visited the state bank of india, Dhaulakuon (ATM) on dated 05/07/2010 at Distt- sirmour at Himachal Pradesh, i have tried the drawl of some money of rupees 900/ Rs. (Nine hundred rupees only) but the money has been recieved fro ATM machine. i have alredy send a letter to the concern branch regrading drawl of money. so therefore you are requested to take a step and gave the directions to the concern branch manager for depositing the 900/ Rs in my account no.11340961396.

i applied for a fresh ATM card and a sum of Rs 225 was debited from my account on 16th June but till date i have not received it.May be this is due to my faulty address registered with the bank.BUT NOW IHAVE GOT IT CORRECTED.Kindly dispatch my ATM card to my rectified address or to your Branch with intimation to me preferably through email.

To block the ATM CARD you have to contact to the Branch manager of State bank of patiala, they can help you in this regard.

I'm B.Gangadharam, having my Account num. 30634732974 in S.B.I., Nagalapuram. Lost My ATM Card on the morning of 15-07-2010 at about 9:00AM along with my purse. Made last withdrawal at 8:44AM at Nagalapuram ATM.
I request the concerned authorities to block any transactions on the lost card.
