I am employee in Vardhman Group and I lost my ATM Card regarding this I
m facing problems and try to solve matter through customercare of icici bank but
they are not proper helping me to solve my problem , Following are the forwarding

For ur kind information it was very common that if someone uses my atm
card and withdrawl cash it means that person knows my pin. Thats why I try to
searching that person and I wanna know abt the image of person why dont you show
image, as per suggested by icici bank customercare I m submitting FIR copy and now u
r saying that u r unable to show images of that person. I cant understand what all
this happened at customercare end. Again and agian wrong information provided to me.
I want to know that if u r unable to show images of my case then why ur employees
asked me to submit FIR to police station. I m surprised from customercare service of
ICICI Bank. Please call me on my number I want to solve this matter as early as
possible.

our officials has informed you that that without debit card and PIN number cash
cannot be withdrawn.

What would you like to say: I have an salaried a/c with ICICI Bank. I lost my ATM
Card on 01/05/09. I got information about transaction through sms by which I found
my ATM card lost then I blocked my ATM Card at that moment and when I called to
customer care then they suggest me to submit FIR in police station about it and go
to branch in which my account present, when I am going to bank before Submitting FIR
about some query they again suggest us to make FIR first then they are going to take
necessary action about it, but they are not telling us the time duration that we
have to give a photocopy of FIR in 1 month. So when I submit FIR on 02/06/09, they
asked me to talk to customercare. Then customercare officer asked me that 1 month
passed so nothing gonna happen now, So I m requested in Branch they taken my
request. Details are as follows:
SR 107973135. I want photo of the person who can misuse my ATM card. So I want u to
please reply about it on my email id or contact me on my cellphone. Please do
needful as early as possible.
