Hi,
I have an Corporate IDBI account the Account No is : 7104000454506
AS IDBI ATM in Pradhikaran (Nigdi) was closed on Monday evening , I was
withdrawing Money RS : 10,000 from ICICI ATM but the transition was
unsuccessful, then I tried withdrawing the same amount from SBI then I
received the Message saying insufficient funds, lastly tried it in CITY bank
ATM again I got the same message saying insufficient funds, so I withdraw
500 rs and then came to know that 10,000 RS were deducted from my account
even though the transition was unsuccessful. I did not get the cash however
the Amount RS : 10,000 are deducted from my account.
I have Raised the Ticket through Customer care :
They are saying that there was an problem with the server and have received
many such complaints,
Worst thing is that they are saying is that the money will get reimbursed only
after 12 - 15 working days, I am really in earge of money as my family is
dependent on it.
They say that as you tried withdrawing money from othar bank then IDBI it
will take time, if this is so why do that give facility to withdraw money
from any ATM.
Please look into this.
