    Hi,

    I have an Corporate IDBI account the Account No is : 7104000454506

    AS IDBI ATM in Pradhikaran (Nigdi) was closed on Monday evening , I was
    withdrawing Money RS : 10,000 from ICICI ATM but the transition was
    unsuccessful, then I tried withdrawing the same amount from SBI then I
    received the Message saying insufficient funds, lastly tried it in CITY bank
    ATM again I got the same message saying insufficient funds, so I withdraw
    500 rs and then came to know that 10,000 RS were deducted from my account
    even though the transition was unsuccessful. I did not get the cash however
    the Amount RS : 10,000 are deducted from my account.


    I have Raised the Ticket through Customer care :
    They are saying that there was an problem with the server and have received
    many such complaints,

    Worst thing is that they are saying is that the money will get reimbursed only
    after 12 - 15 working days, I am really in earge of money as my family is
    dependent on it.



    They say that as you tried withdrawing money from othar bank then IDBI it
    will take time, if this is so why do that give facility to withdraw money
    from any ATM.



    Please look into this.

    Default IDBI MAKE life BANG

    Hi,

    I have an IDBI world traveller card , and this week i was in CAYMAN-ISLAND on project , i got the news from my company that my card is loadad with 1000 USD and i can withdraw

    i go the most reliable SCOTIA bank in here at wet bay and i got the message

    "sorry not able to processes your request at the moment kindly contact ur bank or the financial institution "

    i get back and told my office that they have some problem

    i call mumbai IDBI help line no on the card and they provide me a SLA of 10 Hrs

    and after 10 Hrs i get the call from the office you debited the money , and it suks me bad as i was already running out of the cash

    the money was debited from my account the 900 USD

    when i call back IDBI they just give me the complain no and the greeting say this to be recovered in 12 working day

    i want to know in real what the hell it is do ,i will wait someone from India to come over sea and give me the money for the survival

    Dear Mr. Joshi,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division.
