I have an acount in Axis Bank. On 28th February, i had done 3 transactions at Different Axis Bank ATMs out of which the first 2 transactions of Rs. 1000 and 2000 respectively, were done in Halwara (Punjab) were successful whereas the 3rd one which was done at Axis Bank ATM (Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore) failed. The transaction was done for Rs. 100, but the balance shown was the one which had to be before the first two transactions. After that, when i again tried to withdraw cash, it was unable to process the request but still Rs. 10000 was debited from the account. On trying for the next time, it showed insufficient funds, even though the account had sufficient money in it. The other customers had also faced some problems. Can you please contact the Axis Bank people can get back to us on this matter?
