I am the customer of axis bank my a/c no 910010012771184 my branch is in goregoan (w). My complaint is regarding partial cash received while withdrawing from ATM.On 29th sept 2010 i have opted for Rs 4000/ withdrawal from axis bank debit card in Citi bank ATM machine which is in spectrum tower mindspace malad (w) mumbai-400064 but i received only Rs 2700/ from ATM & bal Rs 1300/ didn't came out from ATM machine . But when I check the bal entire Rs 4000/ has been deducted from my a/c. I have raised the dispute with axis bank on 29 sept itself my dispute no 1009-023611 after 20 days the phone banking officer says that entire Rs 4000/ has been successfully ejected from ATM machine. But when I ask them to give me the proof for same i am still waiting . Regarding this i visited the branch also they also couldnt help me. So finally after being unsatisfied with your bank investigation I wrote this mail to you hoping you will investigate the matter without being bias. And i would like to say that citi bank atm of spectrum tower is not working properly also its only the sound of cash counting u will here but money doesn't eject from machine.I have escalated this mail to axis bank higher officer & axis bank grievance dept on 4 nov 2010 still no reply from there

So kindly reply as soon as possible with evidence
