    Post complaint agaist HDFC bank

    I have a account with HDFC bank shalimar bagh .on 02-06-09 time 18:11 i have taken out Rs10000.00 from YES bank ATM karol bagh . And after that i again entered Rs 15000.00 to take out but insuffient balance was shown on the screen i thought ,may be ATM might not have enough balance.Then i tryed to take out the money with IDBI bank ATM again it was showing insuffient balance & slip was showing the balance of Rs1000.00 only .
    Then i relized that RS 15000.00 has been entered with the bank & i immedeitly rushed to HDFC bank located at karol bagh person over there told me not to panic amount will be debited within one or two days .
    Next day i have logged a complaint with HDFC coustmer care with Ref no. DEL073660.They replied me after two days that YES bank is saying amount has been withdrawan.Then i talked with HDFC shalimar bagh they told me to fill a form withthat custmer care will thourly check & revert u within four (4)days till now nothing has been done .
    Pliz help me out as sson as possible .

    Default HDFC Debit Card not working one month

    Hi,

    I am holding HDFC bank saving account from last 4 years .Now last month some of there executive come and ask me to apply for new Pro Debit Gold card,i have filled that form.

    Now,firstly i receive my card one month after and they blocked my previous old card without informing me and i amnot able to withdraw money from ATM for last one month.

    Secondly,I try to use new ATM which i got on 19-July-2009 but not able to withdraw money as it was saying Invalid PIN and i am really in need of money that time.Then at the same time i call the customer service and they verified that the PIN i am entering is correct,Now again i try to withdraw money from other ATM but not able .

    On Monday i.e.on 20-July-2009 i call the customer care regarding the issue that u weresaying i am entering right PIN but i am not able to withdraw money from ATM.They said you please try its the correct PIN.

    Thirdly,i try to withdraw money from ATM on 25-July-2009 from HDFC ATM branch karolbagh,but it didnt accept the PIN and my card retained in the Machine.Then i again call the customer care and they were saying the same thing the PIN is correct.

    Now on sunday i.e.on 26-July-2009 i call the customer care regarding status of my issue and they said it will take 7 working days.AS on this day i have to go Doctor for some tests and i dont have money and i asked that is there anyway i can witgdraw money and they said you can go to dwarka Sector-5 bank and give the cheque an dtake out the money.When i go there bank is closed and they are Off on sundays from May only.

    So, from the last one month i am not able to withdraw money and they have done really mental harasement and i am totaly handicapped.Also i am not able to go the Doctor ,its really affected Me.

    Please take strict action against them for the harasement they have giving.Waiting for you positive reply

    Respected sir we have swiped credit card number *********3434 for Rs 10.80. is instead of Rs 1080.00 by mistake ,Batch no 000027 ,Trace no 313170, for cash memo number 1616-0005580 for Rs 1080.00 date 07/06/2009 .we already sent letterl as on 08/06/2009 at jhandewalan extantion after discussion with Mr.Raju customer care center and pursue with Mr parsuram of hdfc merchant service janak puri area .inspite of many telephone he say the amount will be credit to our account but after a 5 months the amounts is credit in our account .because of this behavioer we have stop to use your adc machine.we are surprised for your behavior with us we are giving a good business to hdfc bank merchant service So you are Request to deduct the same from customer and credit our Account.     Default Personal loan complanit

    I have already applied for personal loan of 92,000 in HDFC and it is approved on 31 oct.2009 (HDFC bank SMS on my mobile for approval of personal loan. personal ref. no. 15683144) but it is not yet transfered to my a/c.
    So, what is the real procedure for personal loan apporoval? that i am not performed. until my knowledge i fullfill all the requirment as your rule.
    plz help me for transfering my loan to my a/c.as soon as possible & if not then give the details for not transfering & lated procedure. as i call in HDFC manager he is saying that transfered in 2 days bt it is 10 nth day today.till today there is no response.

    Exclamation Hdfc bank credit card mechine problem

    We are using hdfc credit card for transaction our all over branch(seven branch),.but our credit card mechine have more problem all branch but still now no response your people.-we are losing our customer for your mechine.

    this is my third complaint.,pls consider this complaint.,

    Default HDFC is Extremely Inefficient

    HDFC is a pro at the game of passing the ball from one court to another...... that is how their complaint has landed in this 'consumer court' now.
    I think its been a whole year since I have been requesting HDFC to send me my debit card and netbanking password.

    Ms. Savita Shenoy and Ms. Monica Kaul have apparently been trying to 'help' me out, but there is no sincerety in solving any problem of the customer.

    A case of mental harrasment must be lodged against this inefficient and absolutely useless bank. I would NEVER in my life recommend this bank to anyone who wants to retain his sanity...

    Default hdfc bank investment becarful with hdfc schemes

    I had taken a policy of 'Young star' with insurance coverage giving me so many dreams shown in excel sheet. It involved intial amount of Rs 5 lakhs investment,in the yr 2005, followed by payments of Rs. 50,000 for 3 consequetive years. This was terms and condition agreed at the time of investment .I paid all these payments in NRE. In 2010 January, I got a cheque of approx Rs. 4 lakhs in Indian Rupees (that too not an NRE cheque) from ur bank, saying that all is closed.

    My A/C number is 3091060009774
    Policy # is 10785159

    You can clearly see that I have lost around Rs. 2.5 lakhs at the end of 4-5 yrs. It would have been a better choice to put it in fixed deposit else where which would have given me double the amount by now.

    Post deducting unecessary money from my account

    I have a account with HDFC bank nit faridabad .on 15-02-2010 time 19:23 i have entered an amount of Rs1500 for withdrawl from Bank of Baroda ATM nit faridabad but i had not received from that atm then i again entered an amount of Rs500 then also i did not receved that amount then i checked my balance and analysed that that amount of Rs2000 has been deduccted from my acount unecessarily for those two transactions . .
    Then i immedeitly rushed to HDFC bank located at neelam chowk faridabad person over there told me not to panic amount will be debited within one or two days .
    After that i have logged a complaint with HDFC coustmer care with Ref no. 42234 for 1st transaction Ref no. 42240 for 2nd transaction and .
    Pliz help me out as sson as possible .

    With Refernce To Above Subject HDFC Bank Is Not Happy To Help The Customer. Specially The Branch Manger MR Manhar. His Not giving the Credit to Customer For Withdrawl For Customer Account Even The Customer Has All Document. In Short They Are Not Happy To HElp But BEhaving Like Thief At Bus - Stand Or A Rude Person And Talking In Drunken Manner

    Default complaint off hdfc bank

    Hi my name is yuvaraj gujar i have account with hdfc bank with fc road branch in pune. i am not happy with the service provided with bank because i have vehicle loan ecs learing on 10 of every month on which they bounce on ecs even before the cleareance. i wish hdfc will take some action otherwise i would like to close my account.

    I visited to HDFC JasolaVihar Branch Bank on 6 Dec 09 regarding the maturity and encashment of FD Accounts, there I met Mr. Abhay Singh, Sales Executive, I requested him to open FD account for this matured amount . He told that interest rate for FD is very less at present and suggested me to opt for insurance account and he opened two insurance accounts for Rs. Twenty five thousand (Rs.25,000/-) each without explaining details and not briefed the features of this insurance plan and kept me in dark. The funniest thing is that at that moment I did not have my photograph, ID and address Proof but he took my photographs with the help of his mobile and opened insurance A/C Policy No. 13317089 & 13319536(UL Star Champion).
    I was not briefed that I have to pay Rs.25,000/- each annually which is beyond my paying capability. It is again very shocking that more than two months have passed and I have not received the insurance kits till date. I have personally visited the Jasola branch on several occasions but could not find Mr. Abhay Singh, and I was told by the bank staff that Mr. Abhay Singh has already resigned from the bank and no body is attending me properly. On 6th February 2010, I met Branch Manager Mr. Tushal Nigam; he assured me that he will get the kit delivered within one or two days. Almost more than 15 days have passed and I have not yet received my insurance kit. I feel I have been cheated by HDFC bank.
    I, therefore request you to kindly change my above said insurance accounts policy to FD account which is going to ease my burden.
    I shall be highly thankful if you could kindly give me the feed back about the above said matter.

    Default My money has not come out from hdfc bank atm from sec- 28, chandigarh when i used BOB

    Today dated 9/03/2010 at 11.45 am I went to withdraw money from hadfc atm at sec- 28, chandigarh, with the help of Bank of Baroda atm dabit card, but when I was making transtion machine got stoped and no money has come out from the machine, when I checked my account found Rs. 1000/- has been diducted, I had ragistered a complent on the diary of hdfc bank, then I went to bank of baroda at raipurkhurd where My account is served, made a writen complent, but i do not know when the money will be back to my account. since they are saying that you should use only same bank atm. otherwise they are not responsible. this is the verson of Bank of Baroda Staff. I realy do not know where we are landing if the banking is like such. god only can help us.

    dear sir,

    I am having an s/b account no.0501000155745 in visakhapatnam dwarakanagar branch. Were iam also having my kids account. I have asked my bankers to close my kids account and to credit amount to my sb account. But due to bankers negligence they have closed my kids account without transfering balance amount to my sb account. When i visited branch i requested them atleast to give pay order in my name so that payorder can be transfered to my sb account. Again the banker is negligent he issued payorder in my sons name which cannot be cleared anywhere because he has no account in other branches when approached the banker again they started the process of approval for transfering funds to my account which was not done till date. This shows how hdfc bank staff are inefficient in work. still iam suffering.
