I am holding HDFC bank saving account from last 4 years .Now last month some of there executive come and ask me to apply for new Pro Debit Gold card,i have filled that form.
Now,firstly i receive my card one month after and they blocked my previous old card without informing me and i amnot able to withdraw money from ATM for last one month.
Secondly,I try to use new ATM which i got on 19-July-2009 but not able to withdraw money as it was saying Invalid PIN and i am really in need of money that time.Then at the same time i call the customer service and they verified that the PIN i am entering is correct,Now again i try to withdraw money from other ATM but not able .
On Monday i.e.on 20-July-2009 i call the customer care regarding the issue that u weresaying i am entering right PIN but i am not able to withdraw money from ATM.They said you please try its the correct PIN.
Thirdly,i try to withdraw money from ATM on 25-July-2009 from HDFC ATM branch karolbagh,but it didnt accept the PIN and my card retained in the Machine.Then i again call the customer care and they were saying the same thing the PIN is correct.
Now on sunday i.e.on 26-July-2009 i call the customer care regarding status of my issue and they said it will take 7 working days.AS on this day i have to go Doctor for some tests and i dont have money and i asked that is there anyway i can witgdraw money and they said you can go to dwarka Sector-5 bank and give the cheque an dtake out the money.When i go there bank is closed and they are Off on sundays from May only.
So, from the last one month i am not able to withdraw money and they have done really mental harasement and i am totaly handicapped.Also i am not able to go the Doctor ,its really affected Me.
Please take strict action against them for the harasement they have giving.Waiting for you positive reply
