    Thumbs up Denial Customer Services & breach of RBI rules as per the Act of 1995

    Hi Team,

    I am Hold a Corporate Account with HDFC ( Bangalore ), were in the Home branch if 32 kms away from my residence. There by I transact with the nearest branch which is close to my residence.

    I had few soiled notes or Mutilated notes which I meant to exchange & deposit with the branch. The agency executive rejected the notes and asked me to go to SBI. Well it was the same story, but they asked me to contact RBI for help. Well today I have logged a Compliant against both the bank with Financial Ombudsman. But yes Its my responsibility to keep you aware that my services was denied at your branch.

    Its proven that If customers are ignorant, then yes we would be denied. I would request you Kindly keep the update amongst all the Branches that RBI had advised that, the instruction was given to the local banks to accept the torn or soiled notes. HDFC bank must kindly update the same for the changes made in the HOME page of HDFC bank limited.

    Default Unauthorised debit from my a/c no 03041530012076

    I have the above a/c in HDFC Bareilly. In spite of the promised by Mr Pallav Saraswat, bank Employ at Bareilly, excess/unauthorised debit carried out by bank and resulting Rs 3000/- approx excess dibited from my account. Request verify the fact from Mr Pallav Saraswat, bank Employ at Bareilly and refund my unauthorised debit at the earliest. Because of defence employ, I always believe in truth but now I have felt cheated. Please do not compel me to approach to consumer forum.

    Default amount withdraw

    Hi,
    I am belongs to poor family.I requested to everyone not to beleive HDFC bank .They may cheat you by calling and promising you to get good income if you invest little amoun.It is a fradulent bank and no body will help you if you fall as a victim.I had experience about this and the amount has been drawn unnessarily by them from my account.They dont't do bank services and they do robbery.Instead of earning like this way they can send their mother to prostitute professional..
    I had no words apart from that.

    The above statements are true and it is all my heartwords and not a mouth words.

    Default Complaint for HDFC Bank

    i am from technology9lab, and my company want to open my account in this bank but bank executive told me your id proof like driving licence which is approved by indian government form charkhari, mahoba uttar pradesh is not allowed becahuse in the id proof my name is in hindi, so is HDFC is indian or Foreigner Bank ? give me answer.

    This is the insult of my mother and national language Hindi aise banks ko india me business karne ka koi haq nahi hai.

    Default amount withdraw

    My father has an account in your bank name Anand topno A/c 2671000027971. Today i.e 2/12/11 with intention to withdraw some money, he enter into a SBI ATM at Khunti (Jharkhand) but after doing his all formalities he received a receipt with remark sorry unable to process and thereafter he received a sms in his phone from your bank, thank you for withdrawn of Rs 7000/-at 18:36 from patna , to confirm this, that is just a marginal error he again withdraw 200/- at 18:42 and he received the same
    So I kindly request you to rectify this technical error and return back the deducted amount to my father’s account

    I am an ATM Debit card Holder of Indian Overseas Bank.A/C No.139701000013795. Usually your ATM services are good. Unfortunately Yesterday (05.01.2012) when I tried to draw Rs.10000/- from Your Teynampet, Chennai ATM Your ATM flashed the Information " Try once Again" .only. I tried few times since no out come I tried in the nearby Canara Bank ATM twice and get only transaction decline Report. Later on ,on the same when I draw the amount of Rs.10000/- in IOB ATM , to my surprise by available balance is short by Rs.20000/-instead of Rs.10000/-

    I suspected the Canara Bank ATM and When I verified the account transaction today to my surprise I found a debit entry against your Bank(SIACMD61HDFC BANK LT-NFS000653)

    Kindly rectify the problem, arrange to verify the transaction with the physical availability of cash and arrange re-credit in my account at your earliest convenience

    Dear Mr Sakthirajan,

    We request you to follow the below procedure for claiming your funds:

    Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e IOB] branch where you hold the savings bank account.

    The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute on HDFC BANK seeking the disputed transaction status.

    If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

    Default HDFC is not good bank

    I have invested 3 lakhs till now in young star plus for my kid. Amount is 1 lakh and 91 thousand now. HDFC doesn't manage their fund properly and they don't care about your hard earned money. They deducted 75 thousand reupees in the first premium ( 1 lakh) for entire tenure 15 years. They don't have faith in customer that they will stay with them that long. Customers will come to know that fund is not managed properly and also they have to pay lots of charges to HDFC maintain it. Customers most likely surrender the policy and bear huge lose. I am planning surrender but I will loose that 75 thousand maintenance fee for entire tenure. In short, If you have invest your money, please invest in land (if you are able to monitor), flat, or fixed deposit. Be careful with market link policy as they are not well managed and management is entirely on you.

    Best banks in India are SBI, IDBI and ICICI is okay. go with SBI and IDBI. I worked with them for long and taken 2 home loans and no issue. All other banks are useless including ICICI. ICICI was good when Kamath was Chairman/COE now not that great.

    All other co-operative banks.. I don't believe them. It's your money. think and invest. I don't recomment HDFC for anything and it is totally useless. this is truth. I don't complain very offen. This is my mistake or blunder to invest through HDFC.

    I am HDFC Bank Merchant. I was swipe an amount of rs. 1,740 on 6.3.12 & same date i was void that amount on customer bank A/C. But till yet HDFC not deposit that money into customer's bank A/C. I hope you understand my problem. The Following details given below:

    Default worst n arrogant employee havent seen any where

    i have a account 2 account's with hdfc, gachibowli branch.md.sajid khan. savings acc/no 09681930004409 & best infra current aac/no 09682000001181.every time, when ever i vist the bank i never get a possitive response infact i have seen other coustomer's facein the same problem kindly take some action otherwise may b u loose my and few other account's.

    Unhappy Regarding issue of decline form of credit card

    Dear Sir,
    I applied for credit card before 20 days ago approx. & all documents gave thoroughly now your branch executive say's that your request is declined,you have to submit new documents after 2 months.Now is really time wasting for me.
    & if this all condition are right(true) then what about my old documents which has been given to your executive.
    So I kindly request to you to take my complaint under consideration, & help me.

    Angry Incorrect ATM Withdrawls

    I have a salary A/c 05401XXXXX361 with Vashi Branch. I had balance of 43,941.00 in my account on 12th May'12. On same day i withdrew 3900.00 which was succesfull. So may balance came to 40,041.00 by 12th evening. Due to come emergency i had to go to an ATM at 11.15 P M to withdraw more cash. I punched in 10k but got exceeding limit so finally manged to get 5k. Waited near the ATM till 12.00 midnight. However by that time the ATM machine developed some technical snag.

    S0 I went to a Kotak Bank ATM which is just beside HDFC ATM. I tried to withdraw 20k initially but got the same msg exceeding daily limit, so i punched in for 15k and got the same msg again. As it was emergency i needed cash badly as had to give it to someone to be deposited in hospital. i waited for 15 more mins and finally the watchman of HDFC Atm told me that the machine is now fine and i can use it. I went to HDFC ATM and punched for 5k but i got a message insufficient funds.

    After checking the statement i realized that instead of 35k as credit my account is showing 4958.00 as debit balance.

    I called the customer care and they have lodged a complaint : mumc0512085578. I need my account balance back urgently as i need to deposit money in hospital on urgent basis for my brothers treatment.

    I cannot wait for 3 to 7 working days for this to be sorted as this is an emergency situation. I have been ripped off by 35k by HDFC Bank that too in an emergency situation when i needed money the most.

    Can someone from HDFC look into this issue on emergency basis and i get me my money by tomorrow E.O.D.
