    Default HDFC customer care complaint

    HDFC is a bull shit bank. I was holding there Gold credit card for a long time. they called me to change it to platinum card. I accepted the offer and got the card.I was not using it from past 5 months as I was not in country.
    When I called the customer care to get it activated, they simply rejected stating that "Tell us past three transactions".
    I told them I don't remember it now, well I can provide all other details, like my olad card number, excess cresit which was there on my card,available points.
    But these people at customer care -- Anjali / Shishir Ranjan [/B]were not ready to accept anything.
    I don't understand what type of authenticity they need.
    As if transaction is the only criteria its a crap to hold the card of HDFC as if one can tell them my transaction details, he/she can also tell all other details, coz he will having my statement.
    I repeatedly requested them to take all other details, with the date of last statement delivered to me but all in vain.
    Also, since I have got my new card, I am not getting any statement, which earlier I used to get.

    I AM PRIYANKA PRIYADARSHINEE BAHIRA,I WANT TO GIVE COMPLAINTS IN THIS REGARDS THAT I HAVE MY SALARY ACCOUNT (SEASHORE SECURITIES LIMITED)IN YOUR HDFC BHUBANESWAR,MASTER CANTEEN BRANCH,ORISSA.BEARING ACCOUNT NUMBER 01221140037696..I SUBMITTED A CMS CHEQUE NO-001286,AMOUNTING, RS.7000/- FROM SEASHORE SECURITIES LIMITED .AND DEPOSITED IT IN YOUR UNIT-8,NAYAPALLI,Bhubaneswar - 751012,ORISSA.BRANCH ON DATE 07.06.2010.BUT YET IT IS NOT CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. AFTER 5 DAYS,WHEN I MAKE A QUERY WITH HDFC (UNIT-8),THEY ARE REPLING THAT THEY ARE NOT GETTING EXACT STATUS OF MY CHEQUE.

    THEREFORE,I AM REQUESTING HERE TO PLEASE GIVE A CAREFUL OBSERVATION TO THIS COMPLAIN ,OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE FURTHER INITIATIVE.

    Now I am not able to understand what I should do. I am ready to start with my policy again but only if the payment to make is Rs.15000, and no charges what so ever as the delay was caused due to their disturbed coordination.
    Please advice me.

    I HAD A CURRENT ACCOUNT No. 02372560017413 IN YOUR BANK. I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS REGERDING YOUR SERVICES.

    ON 21-6-2010 WE HAD ISSUED CHEQUE OF RS. 250000/- AND CHEQUE NO. 332811 YOUR BANK HAD RETURNED THE CHEUQE BY SAYING “INSUFFICENT BALANCE”. OUR ACCOUNTANT HAD MEET Mr. RAVI BACHAN AND THEY FEEL SORRY AND THEN THEY PASSED THE CHEUQE.

    Dear HDFC Bank Customers
    This is an request to all of you please stop banking with HDFC immediately. Becoz they are deducting money from accounts without any prior notice. I have suffered this as they deducted from my account on the same day at which my Loan installment was to be deducted and as a result of which my loan cheque bounced. and now im fined additional by HDFC plus my record has also spoiled.
    So please please stop banking with HDFC bank immediately. And open an Account in any Nationalized bank like SBI, PNB OR BANK OF INDIA OR BOB.OR get prepared to loose ur money.

    Mr. Puri. Again a incident where a poor man has been conned by your high quality employees. Your staff can do anything to do sales and to get you your bonuses. What is your take on this. Can your bank get this man his money back. I can imagine the status of this person's mind and what he must be going thru as his hard earned money is lost. Even if u guys manage to refund his money its not going to be the entire amount as your service charges would be so high that this person might loose his 1 year savings in the mi-selling done by your sales rep.

    The bnking hours were changed without any notification or any prior notification in any news paper , which led to a hudge difficulty in banking , and the banking persons also misbehaved and refused to provide the complain register . Is this is the banking term of bank .i hate hdfc bank now . Ansd avoide visiting that bank ,

    Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm
    Saturday: 10am – 2pm
    Sundays: Off
