    Default Cancellation of insurance plans no. 13317089 & 13319536

    Please refer my application dated 22 Feb 10 and web complain No.13 dated 26 Feb 10. In turn Mr. Sachin Singh from HDFC Bank, Jasola Vihar visited my residence and haded over the kits of abovementioned insurance planalong on 03 Mar 10. I requested him to get cancel my insurace plans and return my total amount i.e. Rs.50,000/- in full as it is beyond my financial capicity. He rang me at about 1530h on 05 Mar 10, told me to return the kits to Jasola Vihar Branch and assured that you will get your full amount back as he confirmed from higher authority. I handed over the kits about 1600h on same day to Mr. Sachin Singh, Offg Manager HDFC Bank Jasola Vihar Delhi. Till today I have not received any information about my request. Jasola Vihar Branch is not able to tell progress of my complain as insurance matter is dealt by other department. I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and get the my money backat the earliest as the same is blocked since more than three months and I am in need of the sam for my children study. Thanks.

    i had an salary account with HDFc bank,i had deposited cheque of my salary on 16th march 2010,bt till nw it is nt been cleared n bank persons saying tat the cheque had been lost,n nw they r nt helping me wat shuld i do .daily they send me to different branches n said they r nt responsible fr all this matter.
    so i m doing complain against them plz de the needful ASAP

    Please refer my earlier letter dated 16th December,2009. I wish to inform you that you have charged Rs. 1654.50 on 11.7.2009 towards Group AQB charges for April-June,2009. Previously also you had charged such amount in my aforesaid SB account and was refunded on my request and assured that no such charges will be debited to my above SB account.

    You are requested to refund the above charges of Rs. 1654.50 within 15 days of receipt of this letter and credit the same to my aforesaid SB account with you under advice to me failing which I shall be compelled to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at your cost and responsibility for refund of the same as well as close my SB account with you.

    Post Compalint for 500 Rs. FAKE (NAKLI) NOTE BY ATM

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am varun gupta, living in Mandsaur M.P. and i am working in Shriram Fortune Solution Ltd., I having salary a/c in HDFC BANK. (A/c No. 00361050189076) As on the date of 6 April 2010, at the time of 3:34pm I was withdraw the amount of 6000/- Rs. from that HDFC Bank main branch ATM, and rush to deposit that amount in just (100meter) Nearly other bank (Axis), and given that amount for deposit in my Axis bank A/c to the trailer in the summery of note one 500rs note is fake the note is checked by trailer and told me that one note is fake so I took back and fastly rush to the HDFC Bank and complaint to the manager, that I am getting one 500rs. Fake note from your Bank's ATM currently and I having the sms alert from the HDFC BANK, then the manager check their CCTV Camera recording in that ATM and in that recording they get my money withdrawing video and during that withdrawing my uncle is also with me outside of ATM, so I spoke to the Bank Branch Manager please solve this problem and replace this 500rs. Note, but after the finding my video the manager hasn't take any responsibility and said they will not replace that 500rs. Note and bad behave with me.

    So Sir/ Madam Kindly please help me out for my complaint against that Bank,

    Question complain regarding merchant machine

    Hdfc bank credit card mechine problem
    We are using hdfc credit card for transaction our all over resturant all overbut our credit card mechine have more problem in bawarchi delite resturant, still now no response your people.-we are losing our customer for your mechine.

    this is my forth complaint.,pls consider this complaint.,and your ref. no. is 1038121as spoke to Mr. Amit.

    Dear sir,
    regarding the credit of HDFC the card number is 434771010052943. There was fake transaction from my addon card. when i asked about the details of my transaction instead of giving the detail they have settled and demanding for amount at which they settle i have paid that much amount after that also they put my name in CIBILand now they called me &l they demanding rs. 8000.00.

    Hi,
    I was in emergency & want to make DD immediately, but our executives says DD is not prepared without cheque
    what is this your useless policy. why we cant make DD if my account is with HDFC bank.

    take immediate action. otherwise we make spoil your reputation .

    We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience caused. We would however like to take this opportunity to inform you that you can also request a DD using our netbanking facility.

    We request you to follow the steps below for requesting a Demand Draft online:

    1) Log onto your Net Banking account with your Customer ID and IPIN (Net Banking Password)
    2) Select "Demand Draft" option from the “Request” menu appearing on the left hand side of the web page.
    3) Enter the details.
    4) Once complete, click on "Continue" and "Confirm" your request.

    If you haven’t registered for netbanking yet, you can do so by calling any of our phonebanking representatives and submitting your request. The login id for netbanking will be your customer id. The IPIN (netbanking PIN) will be generated and sent to your registered mailing address within 5 working days of the receipt of your request.

    Default Unreasonable charges

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Saurabh Arora. I am a resident of Delhi. I invested in a Eulip Plan offered by HDFC Insurance through my credit card on 0% interest basis 4 months back with an annual EMI of Rs.15000 which comes out to Rs.1200/month. But a few days later I left my job & so wanted to shut my policy and so contacted to HDFC insurance & credit Card divisions for the same. But due to their lack of coordination & cooperation my policy continued. I have not paid any premium amount yet. And now when I asked about my overdue charges on my credit card they said its Rs.21000. Although my contact details are not available with the bank but I want to solve this problem as I had to withdraw all my cash from my HDFC bank account as they had threatened me through messages that if I don't make the overdue payments they would seize my account. They also asked me to pay Rs.750 & then they would close my policy. I made that payment through my ATM card but still they continued my policy. I met with their official also, he said you are not required to make any payment just call at our customer care & ask them to close your policy, I did that but they again asked me to make 21000 payment to close my policy.

    Now I am not able to understand what I should do. I am ready to start with my policy again but only if the payment to make is Rs.15000, and no charges what so ever as the delay was caused due to their disturbed coordination.
    Please advice me.
