    Default No Amount Credited By ATM and Rude Behaviour of Bank Staff

    Dear Sir/Madam
    This Mohd. Israil SBI customer of AMU Aligarh Branch.This is the matter related to the bank person in the rural area, it is the incident which happened when I went my home town Mawana (Meerut) on June 2, 2009; I went to nearby SBI ATM located in the heart of Mawana Sugar Mill Mawana (Meerut) for withdrawing the money from there. I wanted to withdraw a sum of rupees 500, therefore I enter all the required entries for the transaction. I shocked when I received only transactions slip without money with statement: sorry to unable process (ref no. 06/06/09, time 18:22 ATM ID S1AN00067901, TXN. No. 7456) and when I checked the balance I found that my account had been debited with Rs 500 but that amount I didn’t received yet.

    Therefore I asked the number of concerned person from the security guard who told me the name (Mr. Ram Avtar Verma) and number of the person who was with the ATM section of SBI, Mawana on that day. Mr. Verma told me to come day after that day. But when I go to the SBI Mawana Branch, I found the Mr. verma was very busy with only one person and treating very bad with him. When I ask him to help me, he starts abusing. Even though he said that I don’t you may be telling lie. He said that just go from here you are not over costumer in the gathering of people. I hearted so much that is why I am writing the complaint for the person. It is not a matter of Rs. 500; it is matter of the trust and unhelpful nature of the official staff. The Branch is in the semi-rural area Mawana and there no one knows the rules and regulation of RBI.

    I have taken the decision to just close the account from the PSU banking. Now I haven’t trust with specially SBI banking.

    I request you sir to take an appropriate action against him so that people can enjoy and trust in your banking.

    This is SHAIK KHAYUM, SBI customer of S.B.I Gandhi Bazar (OLD TOWN) Branch, Anantapur.This is the matter related to the student , it is the incident which happened when I went my home town Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh ) on February 16 , 2009; I went to nearby SBI ATM located in the heart of Gandhi Bazar (ANANTAPUR) for withdrawing the money from there. I wanted to withdraw a sum of rupees 8000, therefore I enter all the required entries for the transaction. I shocked, Because I did not receive any transaction slip without money with statement: sorry to unable process and when I checked the balance I found that my account had been debited with Rs 8000 but that amount I didn’t received yet.

    Therefore I asked the number of concerned person from the Branch Manager who told me the name (Mr.Madhu Sudhana Rao, Branch manager Old Town Branch) and PHILIP who was with the ATM section of SBI, ANANTAPUR on that day. He told me to wait for Three More Months or Nearly Fifteen Days . But when I go to the SBI ANANTAPUR Branch, I found he was very busy . He is not giving response in a proper way. it is matter of the trust and unhelpful nature of the official staff.
