Dear Sir/Madam
This is SHAIK KHAYUM, SBI customer of S.B.I Gandhi Bazar (OLD TOWN) Branch, Anantapur.This is the matter related to the student , it is the incident which happened when I went my home town Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh ) on February 16 , 2009; I went to nearby SBI ATM located in the heart of Gandhi Bazar (ANANTAPUR) for withdrawing the money from there. I wanted to withdraw a sum of rupees 8000, therefore I enter all the required entries for the transaction. I shocked, Because I did not receive any transaction slip without money with statement: sorry to unable process and when I checked the balance I found that my account had been debited with Rs 8000 but that amount I didn’t received yet.
Therefore I asked the number of concerned person from the Branch Manager who told me the name (Mr.Madhu Sudhana Rao, Branch manager Old Town Branch) and PHILIP who was with the ATM section of SBI, ANANTAPUR on that day. He told me to wait for Three More Months or Nearly Fifteen Days . But when I go to the SBI ANANTAPUR Branch, I found he was very busy . He is not giving response in a proper way. it is matter of the trust and unhelpful nature of the official staff.
