    Dear Sir / Madam,

    The undersigned is a holder of a savings bank account no. 11126906501 of SBI Bhowanipore Branch.
    On 08/11/2010, I used my SBI Debit Card at SBI SEALDAH TOLLY METRO ATM with the intention of withdraw cash amounting to Rs. 400.00 (Rupees Four Hundred only).

    Despite two attempts at withdrawing cash from the said ATM vending machine, against the abovementioned savings bank account, no cash was dispensed and no transaction slip was issued and I had to leave disappointed.

    However, while checking my aforesaid savings bank account balance using net banking facility, I found to my astonishment that while a combined amount of Rs. 800.00 was deducted against transaction references of "ATM WDL ATM 9718" and "ATM WDL ATM 9719", a charge reversal was made against only one.

    On 10/11/2010 ,I launched a complaint in this issue to SBI Bhowanipore Branch.

    But the problem is unsolved till date.

    You will no doubt appreciate that this is extremely disconcerting and instills an utter lack of confidence in the entire ATM transaction process operated by one of the pillars of our country's banking system.

    It is my earnest request to please conduct an inquiry into this matter and ensure that such incidents are never allowed to occur again with anyone.

    Needless to mention, of course, I shall be obliged if the balance reversal due is credited to my savings bank account as soon as possible with a formal intimation to the undersigned.

    I have Saving A/C No-10150662627 in SBI DUMDUM Branch,KOLKATA-700028,against which I am using ATM services.On 11/8/12 I used my ATM card in the branch ATM to withdraw Rs.20,000.00(twenty thousand),but amount was not dispensed.Again I used the ATM but the result was same.Immediately I got two sms on my mobile phone that Rs.20,000.00 & Rs.20000.00 (Total 40,000.00) has been debited vide S10A002054001 with txn#5119andtxn#5120. Immediately I rush to the Bank,but due to link failure, no person including the chief Manager were not on chair.On very next day it was Sunday, I used my ATM I found that Rs.20000.00 is re credited. But still Rs. 20000.00 was not credited.Then I registered my complaint through SBI customer care help with complaint Ticket No - AT20545858317 on dated 12/8/12.They said that you will get your amount back within 7 to 8 days.But even as on today I did not get my amount back.

    I would like to complaint about SBI ATM (S10F011786001) of SBI Juinagar Branch

    I had tried to withdraw Rs. 3000/- from the ATM on Saturday, 25th August at 1641 hrs from my SB account at SBI Juinagar branch. Well, the transaction was accepted but the machine did not dispense the cash. I called SBI help line 08026599990 (1800112211 does not function!) and registered my complaint and hope to get my money back within 8 days. Complaint reference is AT117866023

    What is amazing is that during the time I was outside the ATM registering my complaint from my celphone, people who had passed by mentioned that the ATM was not functioning from the previous two to three days. The security man should have warned customers not to use the ATM.

    Default Amount not recived however the amount debited

    HI,

    Today (2nd Feb, 2013) i tried withdrawing 10000 rupees from INDUSIND BANK PONDICHERRY using SBI ATM.

    The amount got debited from the account however i didn't receive the cash.

    Can you please help me in knowing how to proceed
