I am Bishnu Saikia from Gauhati University,Assam. On 14th february'12. I used the ATM service in Gauhati University campus which is provided by Panbazar Branch,Guwahati. I did a transaction of Rs.1000/- but the transaction was not Successfull. After transaction i got a Reciept, which was shown as, transaction was successfull and deduct Rs.1000/- from my SBI Account. So i request through this complaint to refund my money and also Enquire about the matter.

Dear sir,
I was trying to withdraw a sum of Rs. 20,000 from SBI ATM , DANAPUR (PATNA) With my card no. 6220180356300176100 today.
I was only able to withdraw Rs. 500 and the rest amount was recaptured by the ATM.
The transaction ID. S10A000152025 indicates that Rs. 20,000 has been dedited from my account.
kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your kind notice on Decline of Transaction from the ATM for the transaction which i tried from one of your Bank of Baroda ATM located in Rohini sec -18 (ATM ID 1FDDEL60) on the 2nd July at 13.52 hrs from my ATM CARD OF CANARA BANK Account No. 2511101010908 (CANARA BANK, PTI BUILDING, DELHI).

I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand ) using My ATM Card from the above mentioned ATM, This Withdrawal Transaction was Declined (With Record No.: 8539).

But, I found in my next Balance Inquiry that the transaction amount which was declined has been Debited from my Account.

I bring this to you kind notice as a complaint and request you to do the needful immediately to credit this deducted amount for which the ATM has not dispensed.

On very same day i have submitted the application at Canara Bank, PTI building but still i have not received the amount.

Please let me know when this amount will be reflecting back in my account as i am in need of this money for an emergency purpose.

I also request you to Suggest me on this for further procedures to recover this amount at the earliest.

I am having a Savings Bank Account in SBI- Sadarghat branch, Burdwan West Bengal ,IFSC CODE- SBIN0008007 my Account No is 10444271766, On 30th July 2012 when I logged in to my Online SBI a/c through internet , I found that there is a debit entry of Rs. 12500/- in my A/c . It is showing that the transaction has been done from an ATM of Indira Nagar, Bangalore.

The Debit card is with me and I was in Burdwan, West Bengal on 30/07/12 , also I am not having any Add On card attached to this A/c , so how can there be an withdrawal from Bangalore when I am present Burdwan .
I have lodged a complaint through SBI call center today and my Docket No is OP80075640920.

When I visited SBI Regional Administrative Office, Burdwan, West Bengal they further lodged another complaint with Docket Number AT80075646521.

Kindly look into this matter & please reimburse me Rs. 12500/- as I am in urgent need of the money for Medical Surgery of my mother.

Yesterday I tried to debit 10k from my debit card from an ATM....but it displayed "Transaction declined" today when i checked the balance at the same ATM it showed 10k less in the balance...WTF is happening.....where did my money go?...how could it be debited?....what are banks doing about this BIG BUG with ATMs...
