    Ref : RBI notification DPSS No. 711 / 02.10.02 / 2008-2009, 1424 / 02.10.02 / 2008- 2009, 101 / 02.10.02 / 2009-2010 dated October 23, 2008, February 11, 2009 and July 17, 2009 and RBI/2010/11/547 DPSS.PD.No.2632 / 02.10.002 / 2010-2011 dated May 27, 2011

    Sir,
    With due respect I would like to inform you that I have been facing a long standing problem regarding non-refunding after a failed transaction on 30-01-2010 at an ATM of United Bank of India, BD Block, Salt Lake, Kolkata using the ATM Debit card of UCO Bank, GSI Extension Branch, Kolkata (Card No.-4283 2090 0800 1473) of savings account no. 90080100002412. The failed transaction involves an amount of Rs.10000/-, which was not actually received but deducted from my savings account no. The first written complaint was launched on 03-02-2010 in UCO Bank, GSI Extension Branch, Kolkata. On 07-03-2010, an amount of only Rs.5000/- was refunded to my account. Since then a series of complaints have been made to the UCO Bank, GSI Extension Branch, Kolkata for refunding of the rest unadjusted amount of Rs.5000/-. The Bank had also discussed the matter several times with the H.O. ATM Cell and Mumbai Treasury Branch over phone and had given reminder several times through FAX and E-mail citing the fact as per their instruction. Meanwhile UCO Bank, GSI Extension Branch, Kolkata had also discussed the matter with the concern UBI, BD block, Salt Lake, but they expressed their inability to solve this long pending issue from their end. The UCO bank also now not interested to take any responsibility and transfer it on the customer’s shoulder.
    In this circumstances, myself being an ordinary customer, has no other way but to launch the complaint to you for getting your valued consideration and judgment and necessary action to solve the problem. I would also like to inform you that according to the above referred notifications of RBI, the unadjusted amount along with the compensation calculated from the first date of launching the complain should be accorded in favour of me. I am furnishing below the details of the amount to be refunded till date.

    i use corporation banks atm machine for cash,but my card lock in that atm machine when i told these matter to that corporation branch staff they dont give me any satisfy reply for that they told me why you use our Atm machine,the branch address is corporation bank,patan,dist-patan,north gujarat,india

    Dear Sir,
    i've salary a/c with SBI bank. On 29 DEC 2011 i tried to withdraw Rs 1000 from AXIS ATM in ROORKEE but the transaction failed, i can't received any ATM receipt, only screen show "link fail and out of survice". As i didnt received money . i received sms from SBI bank that Rs 1000 is debited from my account. Please guide me what to do to my money credited back to my a/c asap. Customerswas not connect they
    suffer due to such technical problems. SIR IAM SERVICING IN ARMY SO I HAVE NO TIME FOR MEAT THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS PLEASE I REQUEST TO YOU ACCTION PLEASE. YHANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Hoping all izz well.
    I am having an account in ICICI Bank.And I am from Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh.
    On 9th january 2012,I had went to withdraw the amount of Rs.5000/- from vijaya ATM,Bandlaguda,Rangareddy,A.P.Suddenly while withdrawing the cash that cash got struck at the receiving money and that money get back.I had tried on the next process to check balance equiry but unfortunately I had found the total withdraw was taken as Rs.5000/-.I had inquired the security person over there.He said give a complain to your bank people or vijaya bank people.
    The next day I had called my Bank people and they had assured me that the case will get solved with in 7 working days.
    I just want to inquire will I get the amount back.If not what is the legal method to get back the amount.

    ATM transactions debited (card swiped) two times while used card for purchasing.

    On 14/1/2012 I went to ameerpeth (hyderabad) for shopping .After shopping shopkeeper swiped my card twice. While the card swiped first time I didn't get sleep so he swiped the card again.
    And Now my account is debted twice. The next day when I went to the shop again to get money back then they were telling it is not our fault it is banks fault and told that my mini statement is showing suspicious entry. I did transaction for 189 Rs.
    Now I dont know what to do. Please help me.

The failed transaction involves an amount of Rs.4000/-, which was not actually received but deducted from my savings account no. I have checked it for two times given the details above which is showing in my pass book. The first written complaint alongwith the slip given by the ATM machine was launched on 03-04-2011 in Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165. Since then a series of complaints have been made to the Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 for refunding of the amount of 4000/-. I have also discussed the matter several times with the bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch over phone and had given reminder several times through letter stating the fact as per their instruction. Meanwhile Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch, had also discussed the matter with the concern State Bank of India, Kankinara, Rathtala more, west bengal, Dist-24 pgs(N), but they expressed their inability to solve this long pending issue from their end. The Bank of Baroda also now not interested to take any responsibility and transfer it on the customer’s shoulder.

    In this circumstances, myself being an ordinary customer(widow, housewife), depending on MIS of post office, has no other way but to launch the complaint to you for getting your valued consideration and judgment and necessary action to solve the problem. I would also like to inform you that on 20th april, 2011 my second daughter's marriage date, at that point of time money was a big mattar to me. I would also like to inform you that according to the above reference, the amount along with the compensation calculated from the first date of launching the complain should be accorded in favour of me. I am furnishing below the details of the amount to be refunded till date.

    On dated 10/05/2012 at 19.06 i used ICICI Bank ATM from my sbi bank ATM card. I entered amount of Rs.10000 for withdrawl But i didnot receive any money from this transaction. I received a transaction slip from ATM having details like

    my name pooja jain.my account is in the corporation bank.sir i have a very bigger problem of ATM.15/4 /2012 i went to corp ATM to take the money. but what happen with me money is not get to the ATM machine i went to try other ATM to take the money but i did not get any response and when i went to corp branch of tilak nagar for update the passbook so I saw 2000 thousand or three thousand rupees is not in my corp account. and in pass book update 15/4/2012 2 and 3 thousand rupees as near about and rupees was out after that i said corp branch of tilak nagar about this problem and written the application for this but they did not give any response

    In these above pasted transaction, the middle one cash wdl of 800 was not successful. Actually Balance deducted from account but didn't recieve cash from SBI atm. On 11th april when i first tried to withdraw amnt frm my hme branch atm it was not successful, thenagain i tried from the another machine available in same premises, i got the amnt,... i spoke to bnk officials and then submitted a complaint letter with transaction slip, spoke to manager..but still today my amnt is not credited to my accnt. Kindly help me to receive my amnt back...
