    Default withdrawl through atm but not recieved money

    Dear sirs,

    i am ajay mehta having a saving account no. 631901014919 in icici bank,millerganj branch,ludhiana and i am a resident of ambala city. i am having ATM DEBIT CARD NO. 4181576319019222.today i went to nearby PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM,,BALDEVE NAGAR BRANCH,AMBALA CITY to withdraw a sum of rs. 5000/- but i didnt recieve any money and slip was mentioning TRANSACTION DECLINED , UNABLE TO DISPENSE. immediately i went to nearby ATM of icici and took a mini statment and this slip was showing a withdrawl of rs. 5000/-. i visited ambala city branch and customer care told that it will take 24 hrs to reverse the enteries. sir, i am very old customer of yours. i have lot of investments with your bank since you guys are very professional. i am a bit scared about my money. so plz. take a fast action and send my money back with immediate effect. i will be obliged.

    Default Transaction delined but amout of Rs.2900/- being debited.

    Sir,

    I would bring to your notice that on 05-10-2010 I had tried to withdraw Rs 2900 from Bank of Baroda ATM branch PBB, Sonari Jamshedpur (ATM ID 1FDJAM04) using my State Bank of India Bank ATM card. The transaction was declined (Seq No3730). Later when I checked my bank account (No.10104235908) I noticed that the amount of Rs.2900 was debited from my account. When I contacted Bank of Baroda in this regard I was directed to contact S .B.I for the same.
    Please help me get back my money.

    Thumbs down Atm fault

    I have an savings account with Andhra bank,nadergul hyderabad..when an andhra bank atm is not working(at times only they work) i happened to withdraw 10000 rs from nearby HDFC atm..The machine gave some wierd noises and i thought it was working...but later when i took money and counted,to my astonishment, only 3500 rs has been despatched by that machine..I waited, but the machine didnt respond again..when i tried to contact security person,he was not available too..
    I then decided to lodge a complaint and went to HDFC bank.1 staff person said that we cant do anything as ur account is in andhra bank
    later on i went to andhra bank,main branch,karimnagar(this transaction took place in karimnagar)..and even they said that as ur account is in hyd u have to register in hyd branch itself..and we cant help it..
    I know how much that 10000 is IMPORTANT to me on that day..because of that failed transaction i had faced many troubles..apart from it,for that amount ,I have to go to HYDERABAD and register a complaint and wait for that amount to be credited.I dunno how many days this process might gonna take..to my grievances,there is no any customer care number written too in those atms

    I am surprised that although online banking has come,wonder why one cant register a complaint in other branches of same bank..and its sad to see the facilities and customer service provided by ANDHRA BANK when compared to other private banks..

    Default ATM Transaction Complaint

    Dear Sir,

    My Collegue is holding on salary account in Axis bank chennai annanagar branch, on 27/10/2010, he had gone to withdraw some cash from atm centre, at that time he withdraw the Amount of Rs 500. And he taken a Mini statement also, in that statement there was some of Rs 3000, was withdrawed on 26/10/2010, without his knowledge, how it is possible i dont know, immediately we went to Axis bank Annanagar branch chennai tamil nadu, and contacted one executive they told that there was some of Rs 3000 hasbeen withdrawed using by your atm card in canara bank atm centre on 26/10/2010. And we went to canara bank Jambazar branch, chennai tamilnadu, and we requested to the branch manager the photography of that person, who had withdrawed the amount from your atm centre using our atm card. But they refused and giving instruction to us that "You have to take care of your money and card, we are not responsible and we can't do any thing Sorry.

    Now we want the Photograph or videos of that person who had withdraw the Rs 3000 money on 26/10/2010.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am Aji kumar.K i have a SBI account No:31503339882, in MALLAPPALLY,KERALA, On dec 24 night am trying for a 1000 rs using SBI ATM CARD from UCO BANK ATM,MUMBAI the transaction is failed and i also not get that 1000 rs but this amount deducted from my account many times i complaint about this matter to both SBI&UCO bank's complaint cell but they didnt give me to any response am in offshore duty so please make me to refund as early as possible..

    Dear Sir,
    I have a saving account with Railway Station Branch,Mughalsarai. I have used my ATM card issued by SBI, on Bank of India ATM/12111AMG 8002 & ATM/12111 CMG 8001 on 30.7.2011 for withdrawal of amount Rs.5000/- respectively. But ATM issued a slip mentioning “UNABLE TO PROCESS”. WhenI tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from another mentioned ATM at same place butsame thing happened with this ATM. Then I went to SBI ATM where I able to getmy withdrawal of Rs. 6000/- and socket to see withdrawal slip wherein it wasmentioned that Rs. 10,000/- have already been debited from the account. I givena written application to SBI, Rly Station Branch on 2.8.11. It is to mentionhere that Rs. 5000/- have been credited to my account on 16.8.11 and Rs. restRs. 5000/- yet to be credited.

    It is, therefore, requested that kindly look into the matterand arrange to credit another amount of Rs. 5000/- to my above SB account withyour branch which has been debited wrongly.

    Dear Sir/Madam, few days back i withdraw 4000 from syndicate bank in madhapur branch,hyderabad .But It took some to time to get the cash but in that i got only 1500. I waited for some more time but i didn't get the remaining amount and also the receipt.And my card(SBI debit card. ATM.NO-5046454014800025819) also stucked. after struggling for some time finally i got my card back. After this i am not able to withdraw money using this card and it shows like invalid transaction.I contacted both sbi and syndicate bank,but they are asking for the receipt.I clearly mentioned that i didn't get the receipt from the atm.And they are not even telling what is the problem exaclty.Simply if i go to sbi bank they are asking to contact syndicate bank.And syndicate bank people are asking to file the complaint in sbi brach.I am really fed up with the service and the way they are responding.The bad luck in my sbi transaction details it is showing as 4000 deducted.I am really confused what to do.Please help....

    Post Regarding Declined Transaction Due to Satellite Problem in Axisbank ATM but Debited

    Dear Sir

    This is to bring to your kind notice on Decline of Transaction from the ATM for the transaction which i tried from one of your Axisbank ATM located in Sahakar Nagar Banagalore, Karnataka on the 25th August 2011 at around 18.40 hrs from My Axisbank Account No.910010019652189.

    I tried to withdraw Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand ) using My ATM Card from the above mentioned ATM, This [COLOR=#009900 !important]Withdrawal[/COLOR] Transaction was Declined or Cancelled due to Satellite problem and i didn't receive any slip also,but when i checked at other ATM the money got debited.


    I bring this to you kind notice as a complaint and request you to do the needful immediately to credit this deducted amount for which the ATM has not dispensed.

    Please let me know when this amount will be reflecting back in my account as i am in need of this money for an emergency purpose.

    I also request you to Suggest me on this for further procedures to recover this amount at the earliest.

    Exclamation Atm reqest processed ,cash not got physically.

    SIR,
    On 15/10/11 I tried to withdraw an amount of RS1000/- from my ac. no.67151350239 SBT PAIPPAD through ATM of FRDERAL BANK PAIPPAD.My request was processed but I didn't got the cash physically.But an amount of RS1000/-was deducted from my account, a message came to my mobile(9447673076) mentioning the deduction.sir, please do the needed to save my money.

    Default Double deduction in ATM for a single transaction

    Sir,

    My sbi A/C No. is 30617206828. Branch Name: Pondicherry main branch. Pondicherry.
    I have withdrawn an amount of Rs. 10,000/- through ATM ID S10B000900013 on
    3/10/2011 as txn No. 1835. Subsequently the same amount is debited from my
    account. But I have noticed that on 4/10/2011 again the same amount ie Rs. 10,000/-
    is deducted from my account with the same txn No. 1835. Total amount deducted was
    Rs. 20,000/- instead of Rs. 10,000/- . Bank statement it is mentioned very clearly.
    I have lodged a complaint on the same day at toll free number and complaint number
    also given. But now i misplaced the complaint number. Again I contacted the sbi
    branch pondicherry they refused to accept the written complaint and informed that it will
    be credited back automatically. But still it is not credited back. Kindly do needful to get
    back my wrongly deducted amout at the earliest. Thanking you.

    My Axis A/C No. is 911010022265414. Branch Name: Thiruvamiyur main branch. Chennai.
    I have withdrawn an amount of Rs2,000/- through ATM ID SWAW01425-Arya Gowda T nagar on
    1/10/2011 as txn No. 0768. Subsequently the same amount is debited from my
    account. Bank statement it is mentioned very clearly. I'm also a Customer care Executive of Axis Bank .
    I have lodged a complaint on the same day at toll free number and complaint number
    also given.They said that it is a Successful Transaction but I didn't receive the amount Again I contacted the Axis Branch And Complained Again
    But still it is not credited back. Complain Number : 1110-000943 and 1110031064
    Kindly do needful to get
    back my wrongly deducted amount at the earliest. Thanking you.

    Hi Sir,
    In January 2005 someone stolen my SBI debit card and withdrawn the money from two different ATM's at which camera was available. I have lodged police compalint at that time. I also approached banks but they did not responded and said it cannot be done. Is there by any means that I can get the visual details of those two transactions of those ATMs so that I can catch the thiefs.

    as according to the rules, the charges to be paid to the respective bank for atm service i am using is Rs 100/-. but the same sum of amount is being deducted from my account twice annually.

    Default Complaint regarding ATM transaction

    Respected sir,

    I am Sundara Ramu Naidu.Valle from Kazipet sir. I am working in Railways at kazipet, Warangal, Andhraparadesh. I am operating one savings account in SBH, Himmathnagar Branch, Secunderabad.for my salary purpose. on 30th of November my salary was credited in my account sir. Yesterday(02-12-2011) i went to SBH ATM to withdraw amount from my account in fathimanagar, kazipet. I was entered the amount figure and waiting for transaction sir. but the system was struck ed up and after few seconds it was shown that "Sorry timed OUT" command sir. even i didn't get slip also. But today i checked my account and i came to know that 3000/- was deducted from my account. Immediately i went to the bank and complained about this. But i was asked to register compliant at parent branch. What shall i do now sir.
