I have my account in SBI, rajiv nagar, patna,bihar. i am here in kolkata now and am unable to go to patna for two months. This happened on 3rd Nov. I did some purchasing from Vishal megamart (kolkata) for amount Rs.1027 and decided to pay through my state bank ATM-CUM-DEBIT card but transaction failed twice. So, i paid by cash. 3-4 days later i noticed that Rs. 1027 was deducted from my account. I immediately went to vishal megamart and informed them. They advised to wait for 3-4 days as purchasing done through atm or debit card is credited to their account after 5-6 days. So, on 9th or 10th of nov. i went to vishal but they informed me that they hav not got the amount of rs. 1027 on 3rd nov. I went to SBI branch ,kamarhati (kolkata). they said to submit an application along with mini statement through atm and the copy of transactions of vishal megamart through atm card on 3rd nov. I went to vishal megamart on 19th Nov. with the two documents and the application letter but they said that they were unable to do anything as my account is not with SBI kamarhati(kolkata). they said me to go to my branch in patna but i cant go to patna now. i tried to call on 1800112211(sbi online helpline) but not reachable.

On 25.10.2011 I went to a "INDUSLAND ATM( ATM IDSW004009)" ATM in order to withdraw money FROM SBP ACCOUNT but due to failure of link i could not succeed & after some time when i checked my account balance the amount was deducted from it.

On 04/12/2012,when I was using my Debit card for withdrawing money from one of the syndicate banks in Koramanagala-Bangalore,the Cash was not dispensed by the ATM and a receipt mentioning that "unable to dispense cash" was also received.But when i checked my account, the corresponding amount has got deducted.Kindly look into the same and refund it as it is most urgently required.pls do the needful.(Transac no:233801106712)

I am Rajendra kumar Kashyap
customer of UCO bank with Acc. No.06120100006955 (Branch Code : 000612),
Chandpur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh since 2005. I was withdrawing money using my debit card at UCO bank ATM sigra, Varanasi on
14.1.2013 at around 9.00pm and it shows transaction failure of 10,000Rs since
it has been debited from my account. For this I make a complain to bank and
they informed me that the money will be revert back within 7 days. Then, I
asked to the staff including branch manager why it will take 7 days since other
bank like ICICI (I am also holding account in ICICI bank) doing the same thing within
24 hours. The reply of the branch manager was that if you need your money immediate
you can close your account from UCO bank. Since the way of talking by the
branch manager in such a way is not the first time. My colleagues also have the
same type of problem since we are the state government employee and our salary
is coming in UCO bank. Please take the necessary action against the branch
manager and their staff so that this type of misbehavior should not continue which will allow us to continue our relation with UCO bank Please acknowledge us on my mail id

I used SBI ATM in Jafar Nagar, Nagpur, to withdraw 1000 Rs. The transaction failed, however, 1000 Rs got deducted from my account which was never refunded.
Please advice on what should i do get the amount refunded.
