Dear Sir,
This is the series of mails which i have written to SBI helpline email id. The issue is regarding double deduction happened on a purchase on 03.03.09 from a shop in Kolkata. I have already submitted written allegation with proper documents on advice of concerned official of SBI Branch to SBI, Bhowanipore Branch,Kolkata (my S/B. A/c. is with this branch) on 06.03.09. But its already 2.5 month time over, nothing is done.
Please help me out.

Please let me know exactly the deadline of settling this issue. Its already more than 2 months 12 days over. Its still hanging in the sky. If i don't get any reply by 17th May 09 from your side, then i don't have any other options left, but to go for Consumer Court. Then please bear with more burdens on you.

This is with reference to the transaction happened on 03.03.2009 on my ATM-cum-Debit Card (Debit Card No.*************1926) against a puchase of Rs.1058/- from Raj Selection, Gariahat, Kolkata. But when I checked my balance in ATM and updated my passbook in my Bhowanipore branch, I found that same amount has been deducted twice from my Savings Account (S/B. A/c. No. 11126913291). After that, I first complained to the shop owner about this matter and after veryfying the accounts they also have shown me their bank's statement of transaction of that particular day. They have got credit of the said amount only once and provided me the photocopy of the statement of their bank and said that its a local SBI ATM's fault.
On reporting this case on 06.03.2009 to the concerned person of SBI ( Mr.Basudeb Chakraborty, Bhowanipore Branch, Kolkata), I submitted one application with proper proofs and documets ( photocopies of Purchase Bill of the shop, the charge slip and the photocopy of the shop's bank statement on 03.03.2009) with a receipt copy.
So, I request you to kindly take immediate steps to resolve this issue and get my money back to my Savings account as fast as possible.
