I'm a customer of Axis Bank. From May 7th 2009 till May 9th 2009 there have been huge transactions taken place at my account through my Debit Card.

Interestingly, my debit card (the one i was carrying) expired on Apr 30th 2009. While the fraud was reported to the bank, they confirmed that the transaction took place through the renewed card which was mailed to my address on Apr 18th 2009 and the person receiving the card was not the intended recipient by any means.

Please note, all transaction through the card happened through card swipe and none of them were ATM withdrawals.

Kindly suggest the possible options to recover the lost amount from the bank.
