Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I am using ICICI Bank Account.

I found very wrong thing when I used my ATM withdrawal on 5th November 2010 at 6:30 – 6:50 pm from ATM of Corporation Bank in Mathura, I used my ATM card for Rs. 2,500.00 cash withdrawal I got a slip in output instead of cash that “Transaction Cancelled” then I tried at PNB ATM, but same response

Then I used ICICI ATM just nearby ATM of Bank of Baroda, there I got successfully Rs. 2,500.00, but when I checked the mini statement I found bank has been deducted Rs. 5000.00 in place of 2,500.00.

For my confirmation I again checked my account statement on 9th November 2010 at 13:28 from Gurgaon, and it confirmed that Bank deducted Rs. 5,000.00 wrongly the double amount of Rs. 2,500.00.

I very shocked with this happening!!

I informed ICICI Bank Sec-14 Branch, Gurgaon, but I didn't get any response of this.

Please do the needful and oblige at your end and provide justified solution of loss.
