To block my lost ATM Card

I lost my ATM Card on date 21/11/10, which I opend in SBH NEHU Branch under A/C no. 400310110000650, so I do beg you to kindly block my card.

Dear Mr. Kumar,
This is a Public Forum and here problems are discussed and help is given to resolve the same.
First of all you have to report to the your branch/their call center and block the card. If you want a duplicate card you have to file a Police complaint and apply with the same to your branch.
Do not foget to approch Bank for blocking the same as some time some goods are purchased and card misused.
Hencs reporting and blocking is must.
