I have an ICICI Bank debit card. On 06 Apr 09 I attempted to withdraw Rs 7500 from SBI ATM Machine but transection failed and cash not delivered by machine. received Message "Unable to Process". I had registred a complain next day with ICICI through call center and I was told to wait for 08 days for receiving the reply from SBI.

When approached again on completion of 8 days I was told to wait for more 12 working days i.e. till 05 May 09. I was told that money will be automatically credited to my account on completion of 12 days.

When again approached on 05 May 09 on completion of 12 days time, I was told that in next one working day money will be credited to my a/c.

Today on 06 May 09 again contacted call center but now they are telling to wait for one more day for result.

I received following request nos 102361739 dt. 07 Apr 09 & 105427028 dt. 06 May 09.

Kindly give me solution on above problem and help me in getting my money at the earliest

HI,
I would like to inform you that i had tried to withdraw Rs 2000.00 from SBI bank ATM Sec. 43 Chandigarh on 6th Jan, 2013 twice by using ICICI debit card (Acount No. - 005801530881). Both times cash had not come out from ATM Machine (received Message "Unable to Process) and the amount (2000+2000) had been deducted from my ICICI account. For the first withdrawl, I have got the reversal but for the second withdrawl I have not. Kindly look into the matter.
