On April 1st 2009 I had gone to State BANK OF MYSORE ATM to withdraw a sum of Rs.4000. I tried withdrawing two times but it did not dispense the cash both the times. Hence I went to our ICICI ATM and withdrew the same. When I went through my statement recently I was shocked to find Rs.8000 debited from my account. I raised two complaint regarding that ( Request No: : 120943299/120943944) . After about 15 days when I enquired I got the reply stating that the transaction is more than 3 months and hence I must contact my Branch. I immediately went to my Bank manager and he told there is nothing he could do. We called from the bank to the Customer Care. My bank manager talked with them and then they explained stating that State bank of Mysore had replied that the transaction was successful. First Question is why couldn?t they say that directly to me at the first go. Anyways later I escalated asking t!
hem to send me the proof of my transaction as I know the money was not dispensed. They promised me to call back the next day but this also did not happen. Later I called and they asked me to raise a request for Call bank.
I did that too ( Request No : 122604221) .
Anyway till now I'm feeling very insecure. Kindly help me out in getting back my money .
A similar incident happened on Jun 07 when my first month salary was lost due to some one stealing my ICICI induction KIT and they have purchased something in E-Bay. I didn?t get that money even after talking with the Main bank manager of ICICI Mysore. I lost that money because of my mistake of loosing the kit.

More than one year is over after i raised this issue and till now they have not got back to me . I have proof regd the same too . Kindly let me know how to raise a Consumer Compaint to get back my money .
