Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank ICICI branch where you hold the savings bank account.
2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

I am Ankit Bajpai( ankit05103524cse@gmail.com, 9560599933). I had used my ICICI Bank ATM card yesterday (15th April )at the Karnataka Bank ATM. However, the ATM Machine did not dispense cash. I have the slip which says unable to transact from Karnataka Bank, however the statement shows 6000Rs debited. Please if someone could get in touch with me regarding this issues.

dear sir/madam,

i am ankan mukherjee holding a savings/salary account at ICICI BANK, siliguri..
yesterday night i.e.17/10/2011 i went to an AXIS BANK ATM at NH 31, Siliguri, West Bengal to withdram Rs 300.
and the transaction slip showed "TRANSACTION FAILED"....
i did not pay attention to this as i did not get any money..
but, to my surprise later on an SMS alert showed that Rs 320 being debited from my a/c..though nothing came into my pocket from that particular ATM...
i hereby ask a for an immediate help at the earlies..hope my problem will be solved with immediate effect
