    Default Non receipt of cash from ATM

    On 9th sept 2010, I made a transaction on PNB ATM for Rs.15000 but cash not dispensed, I had lodged complaint on 10th sep 2010 but till date I have not received credit for the same, details as follows.

    • Name : Ishwar chand
    • TXN no : 5366
    • Complaint no: 34401263
    • ATM ID : W2307200
    • Card no : 5126520083977418


    As per RBI norms 12 days are required but till date no reply. I have sent email on 25th sept 2010 to BO sainik vihar, ATM cell, ATM cc, so you are requested to look into this matter and credit the proceed in my account.
