Dear sir,
I am smruti ranjan Rout, holding a SBI A/C in Hosur road Branch, Bangalore, My A/C no is 30748302861, Would like to state that on last 11th september 2010 I tried to withdraw 2400/- from Karnataka Bank ATm which is in Nagnathpur, Hosa Road, Bangalore. When Withdrawing the it shows that this ATM is unable to process. But 2400/- has deducted from my A/c. I gave a complain on 12th sep 2010 regarding this problem. My complain number was AT4292494769 , But I did not get my money back till now. I also contacted in my branch, but they are saying its not our problem. That Karnataka Bank will refund your money. But they are not giving the surety.

My humble request is please help me out from this problem and suggest me that how to get my money back within a shorten period.
