sir,I have an account No.0462020100026649 at LIC, Dabagardens, Vizag branch. I have withdrawn an amount of Rs.10,000 on 7.10.11 thru ATM at PNB, NAD branch, Vizag, but I could taken only Rs.500/- and the balance of Rs.9500/- stuck in ATM and retreated into ATM and Rs.10,000/- debited to my account. I have complained to toll free vide complaint No.56329181 and NAD branch immediately and later to my account holding branch. but the amount was not credited to my account. Again I lodged a complaint to toll free on 28.1011 vide no.56453451. Surprisingly I got credit of Rs.500/- only stating as RECL/9695/46220(516500) on 28.1011. Again I lodged a complaint to account holding branch on 29.11.11 stating the facts. Though it is one and half month elapsed there is no fruitful result causing financial constraint. Please do the needful and suggest solution.

Bank has deducted ATM annual charges twice in year 2011 i.e. in feb. 2011 Rs 100- and in Oct. 2011 Rs 112-.This is illigile. Please deposit the extra money deducted into my account as your earliest.Otherwise I have to surrender my ATM Card.

I am SATINDER SINGH having saving bank A/c NO.- 1808000100261690 with PNB Sector 17C,
Chandigarh branch. On 01.08.2011, I tried to withdraw an amount of 10000/- from Canara Bank,
Phase 7, Mohali ATM machine [machine No. 25350337], wherein due to some system problem due to
a momentarily power flicker, the amount was not disbursed/delivered by the ATM machine, but
my saving bank account was debited for Rs. 10,000/-. Since the amount so wrongly debited was not
auto recredited, I filed the complaint with the concerned PNB Branch, which was registered vide
complaint No. 22741392 dated 12.11.2009. There-after whenever I tried to contact the concerned
PNB Branch, I was asked fto contact PNB Customer Care on Toll Free No. 1800 180 222 and whenever
I tried customer care on above said telephone No., I was told that my complaint has been received
On good faith and that the amount will be credit after due verification but they cannot give any time
frame for recredit of the wrongly debited amount. I was also asked by the Customer care to contact
PNB Head Office ATM Cell on phone No. 011-43532211 to resolve the issue. I was not able to contgact
the said number despite more than one thousand attempts as the number was either sounded busy or
was not attended to despitae a long ring out. Now more than two years have lapsed since the wrong
debit of my saving bank account and also from filing of my firswt complaint, but the isue has not been
resolved till date.
I humbly request you to look into the matter on priority basis or I will be left with only option of
taking legal action against the Bank.

My account no.1556011500005098 , i have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 300/-from an atm machine(PNB)located at dehradun(cross road) on 09.01.2012 with my pnb atm card i withdraw rs. 300/- but i could neither received any amount nor the priented receipt from the atm machine.further when i quarry the balance enquiry from the atm machine then the slip received and it shows the balance aftr deducting 300/- i.e., - which is not correct . therefore i request that do need ful correction in my account so that i received my deducted rs.300/-.

My name is Muhammad Shahrukh. My elder brother is Javed Khan. My brother have a account in SBI. In these days my brother is in Saudi Arab. on 8 July 2011 i have gone to PNB ATM at Khanpur branch, new Delhi. I inserted my brother's ATM card in ATM machine then pin code and input amount 10000. but neither i have received amount nor receipt. but my account had been debited with 10000. Then i have complaint about this to SBI then they told that either your account directly credit in 12 days or send a copy of JP log once reply is received from PNB but neither i received my amount nor PNB's any document. Then i complained to RBI about this on 3 august. After 3 months they said that the ATM machine is saying that you have withdraw led the money.
