    My name is Sukhvinder Singh n I used my Atm of pnb bank . For withdrawing rupees 10000/= on date 16/07/2010.
    . as the amount is not received by me , I submit a complaint to pnb customer care , on 20 the of luly ,but still I have not received that amount of money , my a/c no-0763000105770123. And my complaint number is 31950293. So please forward my request and help me to short out my problem, tahnking u, Sukhvinder Singh S/O late Mahinder Singh, my e mail is jonnyy79@yahoo.co.in.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the PNB customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Branch manager via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.


    If you experiences deficiency of service at any of Punjab National Bank Branches/Offices, then the Customer is at liberty to send a complaint. The first point for redressal of complaint is Branch itself. In case you are not satisfied with the branch handling the complaint, you then approach the Zonal Manager. If the complaint is not settled at the Zonal level, you may approach to the Head Office at the below mentioned address.

    If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction within one month from the date of receipt of the complaint, you are free to take recourse to any of the following:-

    a)Directorate of Public Grievances, Govt. of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

    b)The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme 1995,
    relaunched as Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Presently, Banking Ombudsman is located at 15 Stations. For addresses and area of operation of Banking Ombudsman please Click the below mentioned link where you will get ‘Our Commitments’ followed by ‘Banking Ombudsman Scheme’.

    c) The District Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act. 1985.

    Default Loss of ATM cum DEbit Card

    I am a holder of ATM cum Debit Card No. 5048840952010004026 against account no. 0952000100053704 held at PNB, Salt Lake City, West Bengal. I lost my card and the bank authority advised me to inform the matter in 0124234000 but after different trial i am unable to block my Debit Card. In this circumstamnce please take necessary action about blocking of my card.

    Today I felt that i did a very big mistake opening account in your bank. i did a transaction on 14 July of Rs 20000 from Hathua Mkt.,chhapra BIHAR but only Rs 10,000 came back and rest of 10000 not came but it is showing deducted from my account. immediately i called to customer care but they are misguiding me every time. then i gone to Delhi KAKROLA MORE BRANCH where my account has been opened 5 yrs back. i told every matter to branch manager showed my passbook also but he is not even listening to me and misbehaving with me as well.

    Sir,
    I wasted 2000 rupees in coming and going from Bihar to Delhi for solution from your end but i highly disappointed with your employees and services and ATMs. Pls help me and provide me solution by tomorrow or i will go consumer court and raise the same matter to them.After then i will go to news channels. beacuse this 10000 rupees is very important to me and it is my hard earned money i will not allow to let it go because of your ATM mistake.

    Default complient regarding ATM

    SIR i am having a acc. in pnb bank i exessed my atm at bhopal (piplani below kamla bhawan) machine n my card was captured by machine, and the atm was brand new that machine holds the maximam complaints of this type and for issuing a new atm we hav pay 100rs as the same card is not given so i request ypu to please take some action and change that machine.

    Dear Sir / Madam ,
    Currently I have saving account in PNB- Branch Sahibabad (Ghaziabad) AC/ Number : 3709000100526258 & bank address is : A-25 , Shyam Park Extn , GT Road (PIN-201005) Phone : 0120-2931970 .
    I have used my PNB ATM Card no: 5126 5200 3813 1590 for money withdrawal in Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM in Dhampur , Distt-Bijnor on 12/3/2010, I have applied for Rs 10000/- withdrawal three times & I have received Rs 10000/- Only ONCE (In THIRD ATTEMPT), In First attampt there was no transaction but amount of Rs 10000/- was debited from account , In second attampt there was again no transaction but no amount debited from A/C , In third attampt I have received amount of Rs 10000/- also one more debit of Rs 10000/-
    But the only issue is that excess amount of Rs 10000/- has been debited from my account without any transction (In first attemt) , I request you to look into the matter & please arrange justice to me , I have registred complaint in PNB customet compliant number is : 26391323 (On dt : 12/4/2010) , Second compliant registred after 15 days & complaint number is : 26993923 .
    I have contacted PNB Branch & Branch Manager several times but no response .

    Sir myself sumit kumar i live in kartarpur distt jalandhar.i have an a/c in HDFC Bank and also have a Debit/ATM card sir today i have verry urgent need for cash but HDFC and other bank's ATM doesn't work only PNB's ATM at kartarpur branch is working for my urgently need i refers to PNB's ATM .bt its proccesing is very slow.sir i enterd my card at ATM and follows the instructions given by ATM and enter the amount to be withdrawl. Then a msg on screen shows that "Pleas check your cash and amount" it means that the last step of receiving money.bt sir after the showing of this msg the matchine run bt no cash or amount is coming out. Then a slip is coming from ATM that shows the information of transection in this it shows withdrawl money is 0.00 and my a/c no. And no another information is appear.after few mints i again use ATM 2nd time and follows the instructions and after enter the withdrawls money it wants my PIN CODE No. 2nd time again.bt after this money is withdrawl.sir bt problm is that i have 10185.98 rupees in my a/c. I need 2000 Rs. And in first attempt i did not recieve any money and ATM Shows that withdrawl money is 0.00 and after the 2nd attempt i withdraw only 2000 Rs but then ATM shows my available balance is 6185.98 Instead of 8185.98 Rs. That means sir my a/c is debited by 4000 Rs instead of 2000 Rs pleas help me sir i have in problem bt i believe that u PNB do not kept anyone in dark.may be its technical problm please sir help me and refund my balance who wrongly diducted.from your kartarpur ATM's brach and ATM ID is D1026000 and transection numbrs are 7246 , 7248 and 7251 and time is 20:40 ,20:44 and 20:51 respectivaly on 17.08.10. My a/c numbr is 15841050000771. And debit card numbr is 5264190129362918. I hope u will solve my problm and tried to take my believe in PNB Bank.plz suggest me and help me.and give urgently reply at my mail id i.e khatwals@yahoo.in within one day.plz if there is no responce coming from u then i will go to the consumer court and claimed to u and do case against u.plz take my problm very seriously i gave whole information to u for find the solution.sir

    Deer Sir,

    This is Gaurav kr Sharma. Having a saving A/C (i.e. Salary A/C) in Punjab National Bank (PNB). I try to withdraw the Money Rs.6500 from PNB ATM(shahadra) on 18-august-2010 but i received only Rs. 5000 from PNB ATM. But in receipt it is showing like Rs.6500 detected. I submit a complaint to PNB customer care on 18-august- 2010, but still i have not received the money, my A/C number is 0036000400535318 and my complaint number is 33517206. So please help me how this problem can be resolved.

    1) I am holding a/c no 0158000400166889 in PNB,Bhiringi branch, durgapur, west bengal.
    2)On 28/07/10 at 11.15am,I tried to withdraw Rs5000.00 through ATM card no
    50488xxxxxxxxxxx282 from the same bank's ATM counter.
    3) The transaction was not completed and the ATM neither released the amount of Rs 5000.00 nor the statement slip.When I checked my account in the bank, to my surprise the amount of Rs 5000.00 was shown as debited from my savings a/c
    4) I have brought the issue to the notice of PNB staff immediately but nothing happend and they have shown me their helplessness.
    5) I lodged a complaint with pnb customer care and a docket no32515071 was given but 27days have passed and I am yet to get back my money.Also they have stopped further communicating with me regarding the issue.Please help.
