i m RaHUL KUMAR , i inform you that i have a account in oriental bank of commerce in mullana ambala(haryana) but at present i m in Zirakpur (punjab) i have deposit 7000 rupees in OBC bank on 5/8/10 , and take balance inquiry from ICICI bank atm on 6/8/ 10 .but at same time my account debit by 4000/ .i know about this on 8/8/10 when i withdrawal 2500/ from STATE BANK OF PATIALA ATM from YAMUNA NAGAR. I have done complain in OBC MULLANA ,YAMUNA NAGAR and i have done FIR also in ZIRAKPUR police station but there is no response any where my account no is 51822191000485 in OBC mullana please help me. thankyou

Dear customer,
We are unsure from your post whether the account you refer to is an HDFC Bank account. In case you are an account-holder at our bank and faced this transaction issue, please rest assured that the amount will be credited to your account within 12 working days.
If you are not an HDFC Bank customer, and were simply using our Bank ATM, would request you to follow the below procedure for claiming your funds:
1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing branch where you hold the savings bank account.
2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
