I've requested for 10,000INr from Cosmos Bank Viman Nagar Pune Branch ATM on 20 Dec 2010 but not received money but amount was deducted from my account -Union Bank of India Karve Road Branch Pune Ac. No.370002010906035.

Done all relevant procedure in Union Bank of India Kave road Branch on 21 Dec 2010.Also I've acknowledgement for the procedure.

Still I've not received money.

As per inquiry in Cosmos bank ,it is passed from there side.Union Bank is not giving satisfacoty answer.

12 days have been already passed away.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I withdraw php 600 from my smart money card in allied bank the machine say sorry i cannot process your transaction then i try in BDO consolacion branch to inquiry say sorry i cannot process your transaction when i home i have message from my mobil posted i withdraw 600 how come i never get any amount from the machine

On 2nd feb 2011 Time 10:02AM i have withdrawn 3,800 cash from the syndicate bank atm at nallakunta(hyderabad) i didnt recive any cash but my amount as detected from my account. so i has raisen a complaint in SBH(suryapet) twice but there is no responce from them. So please take action among them.

Sir / Madam,

When i inserted a SBI atm card in standard Charterd atm machine then, 9000/- get debited from my account but i have received 4200/- cash only and Shortge was 4800/- during First transaction.As i was needed more money I did second transaction as well. During this, 6000/- get debited from my account but i have received 3600/- cash only and Shortge was 2400/-. SO total shortage of money is 7200/- on dated 19 March 2011.

I contacted the both the banks and as per their advice i booked complaint throgh on line in SBI bank the complaint nos are, AT42921193741 and AT42921193789 dt 21/03/2011. They committed as per rule same will be solved by 12 working days. After 25 ~ 30 days SBI manager said that the Std charted bank has send communcation as the transaction was OK and unable to give the money back. If any concrens conatct Std charted bank only.

As per his advice I went to standard chatrted bank , they just refused to co operate and said that I should not conact them directly and to come through SBI only.

Again back to SBI and requested them want the next process. Now they say SBI can not support me and try with new complaint.

With lot of frustation i booked complaint again the nos are, AT42921384986 and AT42921384956 dt 29/04/11.

My argueemnt to them is they can check the money dinomination the machine has dispenced and cross check the video which they recoreded.

I have lost this money and request you to support me.

sir, i am Gaurav Tyagi. i wanted to withdraw money from ATM machine and then i inserted the ATM card in the machine. i could not receive the cash. But my account was debited for rs. 5000. after that i complained to the customer care of punjab national bank.and after 12 or 13 days, they rejected my complain. and after that i went to my base branch to know the reason of rejecting the complain. and in the branch nobody responsed to me. so you are requested to investigate this matter.

With reference to above issue i am SATALE PRAMOD BHASKAR a student immensely suffering from the problem of not getting 10000/ from ATM but debited from my accont.
sir, when i inserted a ATM card in IDBI atm machine THEN 10,000/ get debited from my account but i have not received any cash.
i registered a complaint but no one is properly responding.
according to RBI rule ATM issue must be settled within 12 days .now more than 100 days over but no response from branch.

Dear Sir,

As per the above subject, I am Rohit Pandey, want to inform you that my saving account is with your SBI Bank. My account No.0063039242336, Agrawal Nagar, Indore branch. On dt.11/11/11 at 19:48 i withdrawal the amount of Rs.1000/- from ATM Machine of SBI Bank (Bangali Chouraha), Machine displays a message "Transaction time Out", So cash & transaction Slip is not received from Machine. Than I again checked it on 12/11/11 at SBI ATM (Sapna Sangeeta Road) at 15:05 it shows the amount of Rs 1000 is debited from my account on 11/11/11.

Kindly look into the matter and request you to credit (reverse) the amount in my account as soon as possible. I am waiting for your earlier reply. My phone no. 8435999593.
