Dear Sir,
I am having a saving account and my account no .is **********599** which is there in Sonipat distt. On dated 07-07-08 I with-draw Rs4000/- from the ATM of Bank of Rajasthan. At Madanganj Kishangarh distt. But I did not receive the money due to the sudden failure of ATM machine but the amount was deducted from my saving account. I contacted to my bank manager and he told me to submit a application along with the ATM receipt, I submit the same at the branch. But still I have not received my dispute money and if I contacted to The Bank Of Rajasthan they are also not giving any response.
Kindly guide me and help me to transfer the dispute money in to the account.
