    Dear Sir,

    Its baan more than 6 month that i logged a complaint at SBI ADB Sonipat
    regarding RE- Isssue of ATM Card , but they keep on giving same answer that
    we have forwerded your request to HO.At Last I wrote a mail (as you can see
    trail of mails below) to DGM customer care as well as to chaireman customer
    care, but till date except trail of forwerded mail have not got anythig else
    from SBI.
    Its been approx one and half month that i wrote mail to customer care ,but
    no action has been taken for my complaint.
    Please do the needful.

    I have logged this case on 1st Jan 2009, regarding reissue of ATM card and
    today is 24th of jan , it going to be approx one month and such a poor
    response was not expected from a reputed bank.
    If you can't resolve this issue do inform me, So that i can take necessary
    action against SBI.
    If possible revert back by monday, coz i can be part of you mail game any
    more.

    Default sbi helpline

    Dear Consumer Court.

    a) SBI Help Line has not helped me for Take over loan launched by SBI @ 8%
    interest on behest of honorable finance minister.
    b) I have applied for loan on 22nd of March 2009 to Mr. Anoop Lal at SBI,
    Andheri East Branch.
    c) All required documents were given. There were queries on the Credit Card.
    This was clarified in person to Mr. Srinivas at SBI BKC on 24th of April
    2009.
    d) Since then I am running from Pillar to post. I have logged in the
    complaint. There is no response. Even after talking to DGM and GM's of SBI'
    e) I have paid Rs 40,000/- till date as excess interest charges to ICICI. I
    have not received the disbursement!!


    A) Please direct SBI to immediately disburse the loan.
    B) Also Pl direct them to make good the excess amount paid by me in EMI for
    SBI non response!!

    Smile Not Received ATM Card

    Hi,

    I have a SBI account. I applied for ATM card two times. But I did not receive it.

    If I ask bank people they are telling me, call the cust care and get it. But the cust care numbers are not responding.

    please may I know the process to get my ATM card.

    Thumbs up non issuing cheque book and ATM

    I have opened a saving bank account No. 31034757675 for crediting my salary in SBI- Rajgarh ADB (Distt-Alwar, Raj.) Code-5311 on 25 Jan 2010. I have requested to accountant posted there to issue a cheque book since ATM not yet received and on 15 Feb 2010 again requested for early issue of ATM but till I am waiting for ATM and rude accountant declined me to issue cheque book on the plea that before 6 months cheque book can't be issued. Please look into the matter and get me issued early ATM and cheque so I can able to withdraw salary.

    I M.NagabhushanaRao,resident of 28-5-536,A.P.Housing board Colony,Anantapur,(A.P.) submit that

    I had lost my ATM card in august month .I paid Rs.200/- through challan by Sainagar SBI branch of Anantapur on

    24-08-2010.My account no.is10873720714.

    I am waiting for new ATM CARD. I REQUEST YOU SIR to take necessary early action to send ATM card.

    I M sanjay sangwan fom village-jhojhu khurd .bhiwani . haryana submit that

    I had lost my ATM card in jan month .
    My account no.is 30299951100.
    My acc. Is in SBI jcd branch sirsa (Haryana) presently I m living in jaipur.

    I REQUEST YOU SIR to tell me the procedure to reissue atm card from jaipur.

    Default amt & cheque book issue

    respected Sir,

    I have a SBI account. I applied for ATM card. But I did not receive it.

    If I ask bank employee but they are not responding a long time in your sbi branch at sultanganj (bhagalpur).

    please may I know the process to get my ATM card.
