I am Jyoti Pahuja. my saving account is with ICICI Bank.


on 1st march i tried to withdrawn cash from non ICICI Bank which ICICI ICICI has provided me privilege.

I tried for two transactions 15K& 5 K of which i was not getting any cash in both transaction. but after 30 seconds i am getting mobile alert that my account was debited with 20040 k. i was tried to withdraw from axis bank tilak nagar atm machine. on the same time i launge a compalint in the axis bank compalint register. on the same time i called ICICI customer care they take a compalint for the same and wait for 8 working days. on 7th march i received a message from ICICI bank that they chargeback 20000 on axis bank and for the whole procedure they need 12 days to investigate futher with VISA(third party) for another . today is 23rd but still i am not revert back my amount and even the executive has the different statement whenever i called. these two banks makes the customer fool. i was waiting from last 22 days but still there procedure is not completed and they are not in a statement of taking any responsibility for customer issues. please help me for the same to take further step.
