Dear Sir,

I had gone for a withdrawl for Rs.10,000. at the ATM centre of Canara bank with a SBI ATM card but the money had not come through the ATM but the amount has been detected in my account. So I registered a complaint to both the branches, but there is no response on both the side both of then are saying that they are not reponsible for the amount credited this happened on 04/02/09 still i am not able to get the amount from the bank. sir i need your valauable suggetion regarding this, what should i do? Can I registered a complain in consumer court? or any thing else for the same. kindly help me out , looking for ur favourable response.
