Please send them a registered letter, informing them the whole episode, tell them that 45 days have passed and nothing has happened. Visit their office speak to some senior concerned official. Note down his name and time of meeting. If the response is negative or nothing happens. File a case in the conumer forum.
In any case 45 days time to sort out this matter is too long and not justified. Highlight this point also in your consumer complaint
please remember while transacting on an atm machine.
- Complaint if any should be filed in the complaint register of the concerned ATM which is present with the security guard. The guard is your main witness and also make him sign the complaint as a token of acceptance of it. then you can pursue with bank through their normal procedure. They will surely reimburse
the money if any discrepency is found. You got to pursue the complaint and it is matter of one sitting with the responsible person at bank.
