Sir, I am from Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh. I have SBH Account in Khammam Dist.A.P.
On 10th June 2010 (4.26 p.m)I have drawn Rs.500 from Andhra Bank ATM at Nalgonda (ATM ID : DC506101)
But unfortunately I forgot to take my ATM card back(When I entered ATM card it went into the machine and usually it comes back at last i.e., when we collect money)
Someone who stood adjacent to me he might have seen the PIN No. and he might have taken my card and on the same day he has drawn money the amount is 10000+6420 = Rs.16420 from ICICI Bank ATM in Nalgonda (ATM ID : S1CW5562)
I got the above details by contacting my home branch(where I have the A/C)
I asked above two banks for video records on that day to catch that person but they are saying that they don't have cc cameras in above two ATM Machines(even though they are new)
Now is it possible to get that person & get my money back? please give me a solution.
