    Default Atm relatedaccount debited but cash not dispensed

    On 06/03/2010 I try to withdraw Rs 10000/- from SBI Vinobanagar ATM's S1SL00007881 and S1AN000078D5 but I did not receive the money and receive advice writing Sorry unable to process.
    The same day I check the account balance and found that Rs. 10000/- was deducted from my account. Immediately I launch a complain to SBI Costumer care ( Complain no – AT11711024 ) and on 22/03/2010 I submit a written complain to SBI Rangia Branch, But till date I did not receive the money back and nobody is giving a proper response. Whenever we are calling to Customer care they are telling it is in process . Even branch people are also telling the same thing. We are totally fade up with the system.
    Suggest me what to do and shall I go to consumer forum for settlement.
    Already two months passed, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

    Hello,

    We suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of SBI via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund + damages + interest within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.
