    Default ATM - Money not dispensed a/c debited in Jan16 2010 . still not credited (UBI)

    Dear Sir

    Customer Name - Mohit Maroti
    A/c No. 329702010009030
    Bank - Union Bank Of India
    Branch - Vijaywada Main

    I tried to dispense money from SBI ATM at Forbesganj with UNion bank of India ATM on 16.1.10 twice. But neither money nor the transaction slip was not dispensed by the ATM Machine. We lodged the complian with UBI. They have reversed the amount once and second one is still pending. Nobody is giving a proper response. Whenever we are calling to Customer care they are telling it is in process . Even branch people are also telling the same thing. We are totally fade up with the system
    Suggest us what to do and how to proceed

    Question Atm relatedaccount debited but cash not dispensed

    On 06/03/2010 I try to withdraw Rs 10000/- from SBI Vinobanagar ATM's S1SL00007881 and S1AN000078D5 but I did not receive the money and receive advice writing Sorry unable to process.
    The same day I check the account balance and found that Rs. 10000/- was deducted from my account. Immediately I launch a complain to SBI Costumer care ( Complain no – AT11711024 ) and on 22/03/2010 I submit a written complain to SBI Rangia Branch, But till date I did not receive the money back and nobody is giving a proper response. Whenever we are calling to Customer care they are telling it is in process . Even branch people are also telling the same thing. We are totally fade up with the system.
    Suggest me what to do and shall I go to consumer forum for settlement.
