I am a Student at Bhopal.On 13-05-2011 at 2:40pm I have used my syndicate Bank ATM card in Union Bank Of India to withdraw Rs 1800/- My money was deducted in my slip received from ATM but I did not received any money.

]Sir,
I have S.B A/c 7530 220 24756 with Syndicate Bank Branch (Kasba Ahar Branch; Tajpur Dist; Samastipur) I have no knowledge to how money can withdrawn in one time then I am trying to withdraw Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) using my ATM card which linked to above said S.B Account at State bank of india ATM(ATM Code: 4033 9875 300 10 975 ),Branch Dugri Phase 2 dist ;Ludhiana on 27.04.2009 at the time of transaction the machines replied "sorry unable to Process" and I never get the money from ATM machine but the amount Rs.20000/- was debited from account. On Immediately I have contacted Syndicate bank Card Center and complained about the issue at that time they have registered my complaint and they suggested me to approach with branch manager with written complaint. I have lodged a written complaint wit branch manager with necessary documents i.e ATM Txn. Slip. etc. But till date they never credited my money to my account.

Hence, I request you to please suggest me whom to approach and how to approach and kindly help me in settle the above said Rs.20000/- as early as possible.
I also learnt from news papers that The banks should be settled the disputed ATM transaction within 12 days from complaint received from the customer otherwise they have to pay Rs100/- per day as compensation to the customer. Hence I also request you to please let me know that is there any such possibility to claim compensation from bank for this issue as it is already passed 2 years as i lodged complaint with branch manager with proper acknowledgment.

Kindly help me in this matter and settle my amount as early as possible.
