My name is Kotharu Lavnya persuing my M.Sc. in Gayatri PG College, Visakhapatnam. I have an Acc. in Tallapudi AndhraBank located in West Godavari District.My Account Number is ASBP 1012. I am using this Bank's ATM card. My ATM card No. is 4688 1705 5300 5952.On 2nd Feb. evening I went to AndhraBank ATM center(ATM ID is 20053502) situated in MVP colny,Vizag. I drawned Rs.2700/- at 5.49PM from this ATM center.Then I closed my transaction and left. On 3rd Feb. afternoon again I went to same ATM center.But This ATM is in repare. Thats why I went to opposite SBI ATM center(ATM ID is 95213) and drawned Rs 3000/- from this ATM center. Here I noticed Rs.2000/-debited On 2nd Feb at 6.25PM. Again on 8th I went to AndhraBank ATM in MVP colony and try to withdraw money.But there is no money in my account. Here I noticed On 3rd at 6.00PM Rs. 2000/- and at 6.01PM Rs. 2000/- debited from my Account. Total Rs 6000/- debited from my account without card. Then I called to my sister Nirmala and told regarding this.On 11th she went to Tallapudi AndhraBank and gave a complaint regading this, There Mr. Krishna Murthy sir registered complaint and gave three complaint nos.They are 0553000004,0553000005 and 0553000006.After 15days Rs2000/- recoverto my account by the result of Complant number 0553000005. But remaining Rs.4000/- of 055000004 and 0553000006 didn't recover. Many times my sister went to that Bank and Met manager Mr. Bobji. But No use.Thats why I opproched Consumercourt. Iam from middle class family.Rs.4000/- is very big amount for me. It is deadly needed for my studies. Please, kindly recover my money and help me.
